I had excellent service today at the drive-through. I actually had to ask the associate for her name just to make sure she gets recognized for her amazing work. Kaylee was very friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and welcoming — thank you, Kaylee!
I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location today. I was working as an Uber driver, and a staff member wearing a red shirt was rude and yelled at me. This is the second time this has happened with the same person. I believe that customers and delivery drivers should be treated with basic respect, and this behavior is completely unprofessional."

Unfortunately I arrived at 6:24am to get a medium Coffee,there was nobody behind the counter, I had to wait 3 minutes before getting served, in spite of I saw 4 people moving inside and I’m the only customer waiting . Why ????

Staff is so bad here…they don’t know how to talk especially there is one indian guy who doesn’t know to speak with their customers…very bad experience…i will suggest everyone that please go near by other Mcdonalds but not this one location…After seeing staff behaviour i don’t even want to order something…they spoiled all my mood…they are so rude…Please train your staff and teach them how to attend customers….

To preface this, usually I would give the workers 5 stars as they are doing a job for not enough money. However, I do need to ask that there be more care taken with special requests. I asked if you do pup patties or patties safe for dogs. I was told by the cashier they would check with the manager. They said ok and I got my chicken meal and the 2 patties to go. When I eventually checked the patties, I saw they were fully seasoned anyway thus making it unsafe for dogs. I blame the company more then the employee who made them as they are not paid enough to care it seems and aren't even aware whether or not it's an actual thing that can be requested. I will also add that there is almost always no one at the cash until there is someone in line, making things very impersonal. I was standing there for a few while the person packed orders for others before I could place my order as I was using cash. Mcdonalds can afford to hire enough staff to cover both the front and back, please stop trying to profit as much as you can at everyone elses expense.
