  Worst KFC location. The fried chicken they serve here usually has no other flavor than salt. They just never tasted good. The place was closed down for renovation and reopened recently. Today, our child craved for KFC, and so, we picked up some fried chicken and hoped for better food. Nope. The chicken we had, had to be left over from who knows how long ago. They were stale, dry, and hard from refrying. They had a rotten taste. It's just disgusting. They went into the garbage can after a couple of bites. Will never return to this location.

  When asked if they serve Halal Meat, they said yes. But I don’t see any sign that says so, neither a certificate.

  1-Unfortunately kfc is not what it used to be, customer service is zero, they like you to do the self serve purchasing and they hide inside to avoid servicing. 2- they gave me more than 7 pieace from 14 pieace are half pieces of thighs which litterly just sucking kn bones. which is nothing really just bones, and they have no white meat, I really recommend poppeys and Mary brown No more kfc . They changed a lot and became cheaper for the price we buy and chicken became small sizes.

  Do not eat at the KFC on Fallowfield Road in Nepean. I had a horrible experience and ended up with food poisoning last night. We ordered fried chicken, and after a few bites we noticed a strange smell and a rotten, spoiled taste. The gravy tasted like water and the fries were so dry and cold. We immediately threw the rest of the food in the garbage. Both my friend and I became sick and were vomiting all night. The service has also been very unprofessional. On one visit, the cashier asked me to complete a survey about her. When I agreed, she suddenly grabbed my phone out of my hand without my permission, saying she would do it herself. I was shocked and very uncomfortable. When I got home, I realized the order was wrong, and the chicken was burned and extremely dry. I called the KFC complaint line and asked to speak with the manager. They said the manager would call me back, but no one ever did. This location used to be great and my family enjoyed it years ago, but over the last decade the quality has gone downhill. At this point, it doesn’t feel safe to eat here and it is no longer a place we can enjoy.

  The other reviews about this location are accurate. The employees who work here must really hate there jobs. This is the energy they constantly project. The girl who served me today always has this attitude, like I’m coming into the store 5 min before closing but it’s actually lunch time. If it couldn’t it get worse their chicken size literally got cut in half. I attached a photo of what a thigh looks like and it’s 70% batter. I’m done with this location.
