The worst experience, after place the order the said “We don’t have chicken, you must to wait 15-20 mins”, then when the chicken was ready, they said “The drinks fountain is not working take this pop” when I had paid for a big drink, terrible, and the guy with the worst attitude that I never see before!

The two employees working September 26th around 5:00pm were so busy yet they still provided awesome service with a smile.they deserve some props.

Incredible slow with only 2 employees during dinner hours. We got an order of 3 items and all was wrong. We were completely missing the poutine from the order. The 2 sandwiches we ordered with no lettuce both had lettuce and finally we didn't receive the new Cheetos drink. We had to drive back to fix our order. To their credit, they redid the missing poutine and sandwiches. But they told us the cheeses drinks were out. We were a little bothered that they never told us when we ordered and had just given us regular pop. Just waiting to get our stuff at first and the wait for the fix, incredibly slow. There were multiple people waiting and complaining about the wait and service.

I won't be going there again, my order was wrong, missing a piece of chicken, food wasn't hot, no lids for the fountain drink, no salt, no napkins, the front counter was dirty and a disaster. I don't recommend this location.

Undercooked chicken tenders. They're super pale and barely have any breading. I will send this complaint to corporate. I doubt they'll care. Rude employee (old, indian ladybwith glasses) She gave me old fries and I told her I want fresh ones, she grabbed the bag from my hand and tossed it in the garbage with a nasty attitude.
