DISGUSTING! TERRIBLE!
Absolutely terrible service but it gets worse. Not only did we wait 15 minutes for our server to make an appearance, no staff was in the restaurant modt of the rime we were there. After waiting 20 minutes for the bill, we had to go back to the kitchen to get someone to pay. No one was on the floor for 20+ minutes!
On the way out, I went to use the bathroom. The hostess exited the stall and left without washing her hands. GROSS! When I went into the stall, I discovered she had peed all-over the seat and did not clean it up. DISGUSTING. We were shocked by her behaviour.
This place needs a major staffing intervention and a city inspection. We won't be back - ever!
To the manager, we visited on July 7, 2026 between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm.

Had to wait incredibly long just to receive water initially. Were frequently left wondering if we'd been forgotten. My food was dry and bland, fish overdone, rice on the dry and tough side like it had been reheated multiple times. While being neglected, could hear the employees in the back fooling around. When we were finished, we waited a VERY long time to be brought our bill. I ended up having to get up and search for an employee. The only worker was a barman who was not visibly or obviously an employee and who was sitting at the bar watching tv, not behind the bar serving or attending to guests. Furthermore, a woman jn my party used the restroom directly after an employee and the stall the employee used was left with urine ALL OVER the seat. The employee did not wash her hands before exiting the restroom. Health code? Hello? I've worked in food service for a decade. NONE, i repeat none, of this is acceptable. Do better.

As always great service and wings! A bit of a wait because the kitchen was behind because of many large groups at once but the wait was worth it. Our wings were fresh and our server Zach was AWESOME! He measures up to the incredible service we always get from Allie & Jamie when we are seated in the bar area. Zach is a keeper! He can be your #1 server trainer! Thanks folks! See you soon!
Our group had a reservation for a team dinner, and a large section of the restaurant had been reserved specifically for us. The reservation was for 6:30 p.m., and at no point did the restaurant appear to be operating at full capacity.
Despite serving a group of more than 40 guests, only one server was assigned to our entire section. The result was a level of service that can only be described as unacceptable. After waiting nearly two hours for our meals, many people in our group were frustrated, and my husband eventually requested the bill because it seemed as though our food had been forgotten altogether.
Remarkably, shortly after the complaint was made, the food suddenly began arriving. This raises serious concerns about how our reservation was being managed. Delays can happen, but keeping a large group waiting close to two hours in a restaurant that was not particularly busy is simply inexcusable.
What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of accountability afterward. No meaningful attempt was made to address the situation or compensate the group for the inconvenience. Given the size of our party and the amount spent that evening, a discount or some other reasonable gesture would have been appropriate. Instead, only a few individuals who complained were offered a voucher for a free dip, which felt more dismissive than helpful.
A restaurant that accepts large reservations should be prepared to serve them efficiently. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated poor planning, poor communication, and a lack of respect for customers' time. What should have been an enjoyable team event turned into an evening of frustration and disappointment.
Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to return and would not recommend this restaurant for large group events.
My son’s basketball team was visiting Ottawa for their OBA finals participation, and the coach made a reservation for our team and families for 6:30 p.m.
When I arrived, I was directed to a large section that had been reserved for us, with a room-wide table in the middle. At first, it appeared that our group size had been well accommodated, as we were also given an entire section of approximately a dozen booths. The restaurant was not full at the time of our reservation, nor did it appear to reach full capacity during our visit.
Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that only one waitress had been assigned to our large party.
The majority of us did not receive our drinks until about 30 minutes into our visit, and our food took more than two hours to arrive. In fact, the food only started coming out after one of the other parents told a server that he was ready to leave and have dinner somewhere else. At that point, the food suddenly began arriving within minutes.
While we genuinely enjoyed the company of our team and families, the level of disregard and lack of accountability from the restaurant was very disappointing. Our group comes to Ottawa every year for this tournament, but unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
We later found out that a couple of guests were given vouchers for spinach dip or chips, but there did not appear to be any meaningful effort to address the inconvenience experienced by the group as a whole. No sincere apology, appropriate discount, or reasonable compensation was offered, despite the fact that we were a group of over 40 people, many of whom spent approximately $30 to $60 each.
Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations for a restaurant handling a large reservation. This experience left a very negative impression, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance and the restaurant should have been prepared to serve a group of our size.
