  I had the pleasure of being served by Camila tonight. She went above and beyond on her service and knowledge of the menu. We also forgot our takeout at the table and Emily H. was so kind to save it for us. Can't wait to be back!!! Thanks Kelseys Barrhaven

  I ordered the ultimate Bacon cheeseburger and onion rings with the dill dipping sauce with a Pineapple Ninja Wheat beer! It was FANTASTIC! A generous pile of rings, fantastic sauce to dip them in and a 2 patie burger I almost couldn’t finish lol! I had Jamie as my server and a friendlier individual you cannot find! Actually everyone that looked after me today was amazing! I arrived close to 6pm on Friday and did not have to wait long for a seat, to place my order or to get my drink and food! Amazing place with Amazing people!! Thank you Jamie!! I will be coming back!!

  Our server, sorry can't remember her name, gave great service and the food was really good. In the menu, I recommend staying if a burger has two parties as it turned out to be way to much food for me.

  We had the best experience at Kelsey’s on wing night thanks to our server, Jamie! From the moment we sat down, Jamie was friendly, attentive, and brought such a great energy to the table. Even though the restaurant was busy (as you’d expect on wing night!), she made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and kept everything running smoothly. She gave great recommendations, our food came out quickly, and she made the whole night feel fun and relaxed. It’s rare to get service that stands out this much, but Jamie absolutely nailed it. If you’re at Kelsey’s, definitely ask for Jamie, she’ll take great care of you! ☺️

  My burger was delicious, and so was my boyfriend’s and brother’s. However, three out of five of us got poutine, and they were cold, which was quite disappointing. My mother got a chicken sandwich, and the chicken was absolutely revolting. It was fake, pressed, processed chicken that had a rubbery and wet texture. My mother also ordered a beverage, and it did not arrive. Thankfully we were not charged for it. Also, we ordered a chocolate lava cake and two cheesecakes for dessert, and they brought out two lava cakes and a cheesecake, which was a minor inconvenience. Our server was incredibly kind though. Overall, not a bad experience I just wish the chicken was higher quality, and that the poutine wasn’t cold.
