  Le service était super, et les employés très gentils.😊 Par contre, le resto n’est pas propre et il fait vieux. Les sièges sont tout brisés et déchirés. On voit clairement que l’endroit n’est pas entretenu.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this East Side Mario’s location. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, a staff member immediately told me to “go to the counter to collect your order.” I was confused and asked what he meant. He then assumed that I was an Uber driver and asked if I was there for a pickup order. I explained that I was actually there to dine in. It felt very disrespectful and unfair to be judged based on appearance or assumptions. Just because many students or Indian people may work as Uber drivers does not mean every person should be treated that way. I came to enjoy a good meal and have a pleasant evening, but the behavior of the staff member completely ruined the experience for me. Customers should be welcomed respectfully, without stereotypes or assumptions. I will not be visiting this location again, and I hope the management addresses this issue seriously so others do not have a similar experience.

  Nothing like all you can eat. Even I liked everything I had but the taste was okish, have had better elsewhere. You can compare this place to the Olive Garden of US, just that their bread tastes way better. Anyway, it's great to have such dining places in our neighborhood. Service was great given how busy it was. Cheers.

  Sadly, we had a very disappointing experience at East Side Mario’s on May 9 around 7:40 PM. The older man at the front door who was assigning tables had a very unpleasant attitude. He made us wait for about 20 minutes even though a table was visibly available the entire time. When I politely asked what we were waiting for, he impatiently replied that the table needed to be sanitized and told me to “just take it easy.” Shortly after, another group arrived and suddenly we were seated right away. I observed that the table had not been sanitized at all, which made it seem like the earlier explanation was simply an excuse to keep us waiting unnecessarily. When I politely mentioned that I did not see the table being sanitized and asked why we had been waiting so long, he began yelling at me and my family in front of the waitress, saying: “Why are you giving me and yourself a hard time?” At that point, I told him I would be leaving and leaving a 1-star review. He then started scolding me about not “respecting” him because of “his age.” Respect is mutual, and it has nothing to do with age or race. This interaction was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely ruined the dining experience for my family. I don't recommend this place.

  I am witnessing the very sad decline of a restaurant that once offered decent food and good value. Every time we've been here over the past few years something has changed and I think we paid our final bill here this week. The pizza is no longer a shareable option with all you can eat salad. And the pizza is now very small and pathetic. We were brought a puny 6 piece pizza on a plate. It used to be a good size puzza served on a platter. I remember when 3 or 4 of us could share a pizza and salad, but they want to get 25 bucks off each person and consider a pizza a single person meal now. So 2 of us wanted to split a pizza, but that means you each get one small salad and if you want a second salad, tgats an extra 7.99. The server was quite argumentative about it. So we sucked it up and complied. We are too old for this crap. This place will not survive long. We will not be returning. RIP ESM 😔
