  The customer service was genuinely exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and made the whole atmosphere feel positive and personal. What really stood out to me is how attentive the team is to their regular customers. You can tell they truly value the people who come in often and make an effort to recognize them, which creates such a strong sense of community. Watching the way the staff interacted with customers, going above and beyond in small but meaningful ways, honestly made my day. It’s rare to see that level of care and appreciation in a fast paced environment, and it speaks volumes about the management and team culture. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle.

  We spend a lot of time in the US and have visited Chipotles in many different states. Never have I ever encountered a team member who refuses to put corn on a 3 year olds quesadillas in fear of cross contamination - the quesadilla is grilled in tin foil and I’d like to know what cross contamination they fear from corn and cheese on a tortilla in a press. Won’t be back here.

  The last 2 times we’ve ordered from this Chipotle, we had to take our burritos apart and SEARCH for the meat. It was 99% rice, and about a teaspoon of meat (note: those are burritos that are supposed to have BOTH barbacoa and chicken on them). Beyond this, the chips are consistently stale. The staff have been friendly, and my order is always ready for the time I’ve put for pickup, so that’s a bonus I guess. Was super excited to finally get Chipotle in our neighborhood, but these experiences are quickly souring their reputation.

  I’ve been here numerous times, and I’m writing a general review. Although the food is very good for its respective category, the portion sizes are very inconsistent, and you often feel rushed during the ordering process. I understand this could be a corporate issue, but it’s still very uncomfortable. Additionally, many times when I go to sit down, the tables haven’t been cleaned—there are often remnants of rice and trash left behind.
