Greasy mess. Didn't give us our mac salad. Bottom of the chicken bucket was covered in gross oil. First and last time I'll get food there. Popeyes can have my business!! Save your money

I ordered the Cheetos Flmain Hot Chicken Burger Box. I thought since my chicken burger was Flamin Hot Cheetos my whole meal would be since I ordered the Cheetos Flamin Hot Box. Boy was I wrong. I phoned them in Napanee Ontario. They told me over the phone "you need to tell me you want your fries with the Flamin Hot Cheetos. Nobody never told me that. I was not happy at all 🤬

My order was for white meat and wings. They gave me dark meat. My meal should have come with popcorn chicken. It did not. Super unorganized and slow. Avoid this place.

The in restaurant service was good, the lady working the counter was very friendly. The food was the absolute worst KFC we have had, the chicken skin basically slid off the chicken as I picked it out of the bucket, and was really chewy and tasted undercooked. The macaroni salad noodles were firm. Will not be returning to this location. Do not recommend.

This has to be the "WORST " KFC I have ever had , the chicken was barely cooked ! Management you need to teach your staff how to prepare and cook ,if you are not able to do that well then it's time to sell or close down !!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!
