  Ive been to this location multiple times now and i don't think my order has ever been correct. Most recently ordered a double wopper with cheese and onion rings....was charged for that order then given a single wopper, no cheese and fries..... prior to that ive also been given an order that was missing half of what i had ordered.... to make things worse after driving back to get my order corrected the guy decided he should argue with me about what i ordered and what i received .... if he spent less time on his cell phone texting and more time listening to his customers this probably wouldn't happen. if i could give less than 1 star I would, your better off to use the extra fuel and drive to Belleville or Kingston.

  Came in asked for a whopper with cheese - thought it was expensive but didn’t realize don’t come to Burger King often - was given a cup for liquid cancer said I don’t want the combo just the burger. The lady at the till walked away with her hands on her head like I had just ruined her whole life, what a joke. Manager had to refund my money, didn’t bother with the burger. Low stars for a reason would SKIP this one.

  I went through the drive thru as I always do and the young woman that was at the window was very rude and had no answers to my inquiries whatsoever. I went for Whopper Wednesday and the price increased and she had no explanation why it had except the charge for onion rings now which they hadn’t before. The new onion rings were horrible and the amount you get in the box was ridiculous. I definitely will not be getting them again!! They were also cold and hard.

  Decided to give this burger king a try again after taking a break for a few years due to horrible food. And recieved horrible food yet again. My original meal was around $50, no word of a lie everything was made wrong, or cold. I contacted burger king, the manager contacted me so he could "make it right" LOL. I went back and recieved two meals, that were also made wrong, and not even half the value of my original order. STAY AWAY

  Great customer service and polite :) I haven't been to a Burger King in years and I've seen videos of people saying how bad is it but, its really not. Everything was fresh and taste good. Waited less then 10 minutes for our food to be ready. I'd definitely come here again when I'm in the area.
