  Wow, I’ve never been into a McDonald’s location separating the guest so much from the server. Everyone hangs out in the back behind a wall so you can’t even flag someone down, if you need something. We ordered on the kiosk. Waited 10 mins despite it not being busy. Ketchup dispenser was completely empty had to wait again for someone to come out from the back to get ketchup from the front. My son (2 y/o) spilled his drink. I brought the cup to the front and explained what happened. The girl offered me napkins to clean the floor?? I asked if I could have the drink replaced and she charged me again 1.45 for a drink, crazy when I had just spent 45$ on 2 combos and a happy meal. I then had to wait another 4 mins for a child sized drink to be brought from the back. Another guest asked for no ice in her drink they told her she’s not allowed to modify her drink they don’t allow that. Such cold customer service. Food was decent fresh and tasted good. Just very poor overall experience, disappointing for such a new location, hopefully they’re able to make some tweaks to their customer service, I will not be back.

  I felt the fries and nuggets were a bit older, but staff were friendly. When I waited awhile for my food which I understand because I ordered chicken they gave me a free apple pie. Chicken btw when they make it fresh it usually takes like 5mins.

  Sat at the first window for 5 minutes, was told to go to the next window, sat for another 10 minutes for two little chicken sandwiches. Was not busy, early in the morning. I get things happen, but some type of update or anything so i’m not sitting there picking my nose. Had to leave, after honking and no one came to the window. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Wasted money and time.

  With over 75,000,000+ views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback. I visited the new McDonald's and had a frustrating experience overall. The drive through wait time was quite long, over five minutes just for a coffee, and after reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent concern at this location. The first coffee was very bitter and did not have the right amount of cream. I was asked to pull ahead and wait, and the second coffee I received was cold. I was told it was made using a mix of fresh and older coffee, which likely affected the quality. A third coffee was provided, but it still did not appear to have the correct amount of cream, as the color was noticeably different again (photos included). I understand this is a new location, but both wait times and consistency need improvement, especially for something as simple as a coffee. Based on this visit, I would rate it 2 stars, with room to improve.

  I’ve become a little wary of this location. Both times I’ve been there, I’ve gone through the drive-through and ordered a McValue meal. And both times, without asking, the operator has automatically upsized my drink period just before I started writing this was the second time, and when I called them on it and simply asked for a small, it wasn’t changed when I got to the window, so I had to ask again. Funny enough, still got served a medium drink, so… A win, I guess? Just keep an eye on your order and totals.
