  Had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Mount Hope! The restaurant has a very futuristic, modern look and was extremely clean and well maintained. The parking lot is spacious, and the location is very convenient with easy access in and out. The staff and manager were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. I tried the Filet-O-Fish combo, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had; very fresh, hot, and delicious. Overall, a great location with excellent service. Highly recommended!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location genuinely earned one. From the second I walked in, the place was spotless, floors, tables, even washroom which is usually a disaster at most McDonald’s. Whoever’s running this location clearly holds the team to a high standard, because the difference compared to every other McDonald’s I’ve been to is night and day. The food matched the environment. Everything came out hot, fresh, and tasted like it was made to order rather than sitting under a heat lamp, fries were crisp, the burger was clean and well put together, nothing greasy or thrown together. Genuinely 10/10 across the board. Big credit to the general manager for setting the tone here. You can tell when a location is run well vers

  Great McDonald’s location! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and served quickly, and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and easy to access, with good accessibility for everyone. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

  Very Poor Service The wait time at this McDonald’s is extremely long, both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Even for something as simple as a single coffee, I have had to wait around 5 minutes. What is even more frustrating is that it seems employees clear orders from the screen before the food is actually ready, seemingly to keep their service-time numbers looking good. The order may disappear from the screen, but customers are still waiting another 15–20 minutes for something as basic as a burger. This defeats the purpose of tracking service times and gives a misleading impression of how quickly orders are actually being served. Customers care about how long they wait from placing the order until receiving their food—not when the order is removed from a screen. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food, but the service at this location is consistently far too slow. Management really needs to address the actual wait times rather than focusing on clearing orders from the system.

  This location loves to give rotten, expired food. The younger blonde employee with circular glasses says things like “back again already?” She says “ L O L” when you inform her of the wrong order, or if you’ve waited over 10 mins for a single coffee. The manager stood there and said/did nothing. If you want to be disappointed or get food poisoning, go to this location.
