  I’ll never visit this location again. I reached out to the general manager regarding a less than satisfactory experience at this location (waited almost half an hour for two teas and the service was lackluster) and have never heard back. It’s clear the poor customer service stems from the leadership team. I feel for the staff - if a general manager cares this little for their customers, I can only imagine how they treat their staff.

  Placed a mobile order, waited over 40 minutes and never recieved my order. Don't waste your time here, go 5 minutes down the road to upper james and rymal. This place is an absolute joke

  Ordered breakfast. 1 single meal. Took 15 minutes to get it. Brought out the wrong drink. Had to go in and the person who brought it my order said she "forgot". Took me 20 minutes to get a combo.

  Why is it every single time I go through the drive thru I get pulled up to your secondary window and the wait times are ridiculous. On top of that almost every time you guys get my order wrong. Management has to be on the workers to pay more attention do better!
