  Ordered the garlic parmesan and mango habanero wings with a side of voodoo fries. The mango habanero was on point — sweet heat that hit just right. Voodoo fries were the star of the meal, loaded with cajun ranch, cheese, and bacon. Only letdown was the garlic parm — flavor was there but it needed way more parmesan, felt a little light on the cheese. Still solid overall and I’ll be back, just hoping for a heavier hand on the parm next time!

  Wingstop always hits the spot! The wings are always fried fresh, tossed perfectly, and hot when you get them. The sauce flavors are on point, and the signature house-made ranch is hands-down the best in the game. Great service, quick turnaround, and consistent quality every single time.   The best food I've ever had the chicken was jucy and crispy and it was very fresh gynesis specifically gave me the best service I've ever had she dilevered the food to my table and was kind and respectful she deserves a raise!!!😎

  NED here!!!! to be fair there was a point in time I got wingstop everyday for like a year straight for “protein” 👀😭 …. And I can’t remember the names but, 4 woman who are great people and treat everyone with respect everytime….ill be sure to leave another review including names….havent got wingstop in a while cuz it wasn’t the correct typa “protein” I needed for getting deezed💪🏾 apparently aha…. but I always go in hoping to see at least 1 of these 4 people if I do get it….. They working hard as shiii they need to be recognized ….(i understand it’s hard to do that without the names so coming soon😭🙌🏾)

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Wingstop Heartland location on July 5 at approximately 2:45 a.m. The wings I was served appeared to be raw. After eating some of them, I started feeling sick, which is extremely concerning when it comes to food safety. I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who identified herself as Iqra, and requested a refund. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she refused to issue a refund. What made the situation even worse was that, during the interaction, we were told we were “drunk” because we refused to eat the wings. That accusation was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unrelated to the legitimate food safety concern we raised. Serving what appeared to be undercooked chicken is unacceptable, and the way this complaint was handled made the experience even worse. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned about the restaurant’s food safety standards and customer service. I hope management reviews this incident, improves its quality control, and ensures customers with legitimate concerns are treated respectfully.
