Excellent chicken , one of the best food trucks ever! The portions are large. Great little seating area inside and out.

Drove over on Saturday around 6:00 PM based on the Google hours showing it was open until 7:30, but the place was completely locked up and empty. Really frustrating to waste a trip. Please update your business hours on Google so people don't keep driving out for nothing. To the owner/social media admin: I totally understand emergencies happen, but updating Google hours takes 30 seconds, unlike my 30-minute drive to a locked door. And I’m really curious: how was I supposed to type a review without a keyboard? Telepathy? Also, love the logic: "If you want to try us out, come back again!" Right, because taking another 60-minute round trip on the off-chance you might actually be open this time sounds like a fantastic gamble. You mess up your own hours, throw a full meltdown over a 1-star review, and tell me to be ashamed? Buddy, if a basic factual review triggers a lecture on ethics, are you sure you're fit to run a customer-facing business? And honestly, accusing me of doing this just to level up my Google Local Guide status? Wow, you caught me. I live for the fame, the fortune, and the red-carpet galas that come with being a Level 8 Guide. It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it. I don’t have any problems, but it sounds like you’ve got a full plate of them. Best of luck learning basic business manners, professionalism, and maybe how to handle a reality check.

Wow — this place did NOT disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious! We tried two different burgers, plus the chicken and fries, and honestly, every single thing was so good. But the TKO burger was on another level! 🤤 The flavor was incredible, the chicken was crispy and juicy, and the whole combination was just perfect. You can really taste the quality and freshness. We came in wanting to try something new and left already planning our next visit 😂❤️ Definitely one of the best chicken spots we’ve tried. Highly recommend the TKO burger — it’s a MUST! 🔥

Finally got the chance to try Chicken Cartel during my work lunch break after seeing their Instagram reels for years — and I’m so glad I did! I tried the chicken chunks in Urban Garlic and Honey Maple, and both were absolutely amazing. Loved them from the very first bite, and my wife loved them too! The size of the chicken chunks was extremely satisfying, and you can tell they really don’t cut corners when it comes to the food. Definitely worth the wait. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🔥🍗
