i called them to ask if their meat was halal and they said the chicken was halal only so i asked if they have an official certificate. The guy couldn’t understand me despite me repeating multiple times politely and another staff behind him said “if you cant understand a customer, just hang up” and they did hang up without any further response. Im sorry i havent even stepped into this place and i already can’t believe the rude and poor service. Great first impression for a food place. If you guys lack basic manners over the phone then i wonder how customers are treated inside there

Came back after 6 months, and nothing has changed—in the best way possible. Still the best cheeseburger in town, with the same incredible quality and flavors that made me come back. I completely forgot to order sake with my meal, but still the staff gave it out on the house. That small gesture says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Outstanding food, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely goes the extra mile. It's rare to find a place that stays this consistent. Easily one of my favorite spots, and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the amazing work!

I saw the BOGO Chicken sandwich offer and decided to order it. The picture was a bit misleading but overall very good burger. The service was spectacular. The atmosphere though wasn't for me. But it was still clean.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your 5027 Hurontario Street location in Mississauga. I chose your restaurant for a special Mother's Day meal, opting for Burger’s Priest over several other fine dining options. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply unsatisfying, and what a mistake my choice was. The burgers tasted old, cold, as if the meat had been sitting out after being previously cooked, and the sandwiches were excessively wet with toppings, making them unpleasant to eat. Furthermore, the staff was unfriendly, and for a total cost of $79 for four burgers, two fries, a cookie, and a drink, the quality did not match the price point. This experience was so disappointing that it has bothered me for several weeks. I only ate about ⅓ of the burger. I regret not calling to complain sooner, but I now felt it was important to share this feedback now that I have the opportunity to review my visit after it bothered me for several weeks. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the food quality and service at this location. Regards, Ruined my Mother's Day lunch.
