Two employees were preparing and serving the food without gloves. Both had beards and were not wearing beard nets, which raises concerns about hygiene. I paid $17 including tax for the soupl. The taste was nothing special either. For that price, I expected much better. I do not recommend this place.

Also not my first time ordering the “Pok Bok Bag” and the worker tried to tell me that this is the new pok bok chicken. It’s clearly frozen chicken nuggets. Not even real chicken breast inside. He said it’s different by location, but are they not a franchise? Don’t franchise have to withhold certain standards and quality ingredients that are used across the franchise?! And if, in the case that this is the “new” pokbok chicken, wouldn’t they update their website and food delivery platforms? The photo on the Uber Eats screenshot is the chicken I was expecting and I’ve been receiving consistently every time I order from a Thai Express. Not this disgusting frozen chicken nuggets.

He refused and said to get a bowl you have to eat here, so I agreed. When I got my food he still didn't put it in a bowl and gave it to me in a disposable plate. So now stuck having to eat it all or throw it out. Why work it a fast food place if you are going to act like an idiot and also ruin the franchise name. I posted this experience in all my chat groups. Horrible experience.
