I headed over to Thai Express at this location as a) it was the closest to my hotel and b) I knew I could always trust on Thai express to satisfy my cravings. I ordered the General Thai Pineapple and I opted in for the extremely spicy option as I naturally love spice. The food tasted like what I expected. The quantity was what shocked me!! It was way more than what I anticipated as I usually go to the Thai express in St.John’s as that’s where I’m currently based, therefore it was a new experience seeing that the portions were larger here. Because of this, on my way back to St.John’s, I stopped by here to purchase another set of General Thai Mango this time around, as requested by my partner. The customer service here is immaculate as well!! When I got to this location, day one, we seriously stressed the staff on duty as it was my sister’s first time trying Thai express so she didn’t know what she wanted to order yet through it all, the staff on duty was very patient and understanding. I’m really upset I did not ask him for his name else I would’ve included it in this review. Great location, great staff and great food!

2 orders general tao chicken. Old meat, dried out, tasted weird/bad.Tossed into garbage. They offered another order. No thank you. The first order should have been fresh.

I ordered the Beef cashew and rice combo. Food was arrived within 10 minutes. It was hot and spiced the way I ordered. Food was flavorful and tasty. The cashews were large and crunchy. Service was good. Staff was attentive and helpful. There’s plenty of parking. Restaurant is clean and lots of natural light. I recommend this place if you are interested in a quick bite of Thai food.

I was craving Thai soup and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Two employees were preparing and serving the food without gloves. Both had beards and were not wearing beard nets, which raises concerns about hygiene. I paid $17 including tax for the soupl. The taste was nothing special either. For that price, I expected much better. I do not recommend this place.
