Had more batter than meat, and it was bland. And the PAD PH AI Is absolutely disappointing It has no sauce at all.The chicken is dry, the noodles are stuck together.It's absolutely disgusting tasting. I asked for no spicy But I didn't say no sauce.This is a horrendous experience. They Closed their location in Cloverdale mall and when they made my pad Thai, it was so delicious.This from this location is absolutely disgusting. I would truly appreciate my money back.Because this is my dinner ruined, I can't eat it.It's too gross.

I witnessed an individual staff member be solely responsible for taking orders in store and responding to a plethora of courier orders, as well as cooking and packaging those orders. She had to do the job of several people, and I witnessed several patrons leave and take their business elsewhere through no fault of the poor girl working. It is a borderline human rights issue to have an individual responsible for so much work, at what I can only imagine is a rate close to minimum wage. Your staff deserve to have appropriate support for the level of service they provide. I cannot imagine the level of distress one must endure to work here, just to save some money on staffing that could have easily been paid for by the amount of patrons I saw leave without ordering. I genuinely hope she gets a raise.
