  Very disappointing experience. They shut down service and kept giving us different wait times. First we were told it would be 10 minutes, then 3 minutes, but every time we checked, the wait kept getting pushed back. The staff was also not friendly or accommodating. While I was waiting in line, I was told to leave the lineup and come back later, even though there was already a long line. I didn’t want to lose my spot just to have to line up all over again. Instead of communicating clearly or trying to help customers, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that delays happen, but the poor communication and unfriendly customer service made the situation much more frustrating.

  The food was fine but I paid $17 for a combo only for the drive through staff to 1) Give me the wrong drink 2) Forgot the cheese sauce with my nacho fries 3) Put my fry container literally upside down in the bag so that all the fries fell out. The poor service makes this place not worth going to.

  I recently went to this location after finding out you could make menu items plant based. I placed an order in the restaurant and specified no animal product with substitutes for profiteer to be black bean after taking a bite when I got home noticed it was not right. Called the store and was informed they fed me beef. This restaurant has made me lose faith in fast food restaurants being sensitive to their customers needs. Will never purchase anything from Taco Bell again!

  It’s 11:30 pm and they close at 12. The front door was closed and they refuse to take the order at the window. It’s clearly empty and they say “come back in 15 mins when they will be CLOSED”. So we go online to do a mobile order, and this location isn’t available because they turned that off too. Also, we went to call the location, and no one is picking up it immediately went to voice mail. I meant to give a 1 star review but 2 stars are harder to remove from the reviews. Take this as a 1 star. There’s no reason why they should be declining us service half an hour before closing. We’re not asking for a lot, a drink and fries maybe. If they closed at 11:30 it should say that online.

  This was my favourite Taco Bell location but I’ve noticed the quality is getting worse each visit. The portion sizes are ridiculously small for how expensive everything is. The chicken quesadilla was so thin, the first slice only had 2 pieces of chicken! The soft beef taco and Crunchwrap had one small spoon of meat. And every time we get cheese sauce the container is practically empty (despite paying extra for it.) Management please do better, give bigger and proper portions and stop being lazy.
