  I went in to order a burrito that usually comes with steak. They informed me that they ran out of steak for the moment, so I asked to replace it with chicken just because it’s the second best option. However, I had to pay a whole $2 for the chicken, just because they didn’t have enough steak for a day. If I’m replacing it because I don’t like steak I totally understand, because it costs different. But if you don’t carry something I want and you normally have, why am I forced to pay more? Manager did not want to help; I have worked in the food industry before for 3 years as a supervisor. When a customer wants something and you cannot offer it because of a restaurant mistake you have to accommodate to the best of your ability. Clearly this wasn’t an option at this Taco Bell. I did not order and left, it’s not because of the $2 it’s because of the common decency to serve your customers best.

  The lady with the hijab did a fantastic job! She provided amazing customer service and helped me save on the price of my order. Taco Bell Canada please fix the pricing of the supreme tacos $4 is pretty steep. Other than that I enjoyed my experience at this location.

  Been 20 years since I was in Taco Bell. Will not be going back. Such a disappointment. Its dirty and run down inside and out. Windows and door glass filthy. Walls dirty, floors dirty. Seating filthy. Food blah and small portions. Compared with other fast food restaurants (Tim Hortons and McDonalds to name two) which are clean and bright, this place is a complete dump. It needs a full renovation and clean up. And from what I could see, there are no recycling cans so everything ends up in the garbage. Unacceptable. I am sure you can do much better.
