- LBLiria Bernardino2 days ago1.0I made an online ordem in the app. The address in the app send me all the way to Lakeshore and Hurontario. Then I needed to go back up after arriving in the wrong location. When I arrived the server was rude and say that didn’t have my food anymore. I questioned why and explained the situation. They argued saying that called me 3 times. I checked my phone ( I was with my phone all the time and using the map at my CarPlay) and I didn’t have any missed calls from any number. Terrible customer service. In the end they didn’t have my food and could not cook because they just had closed. I lost money, lost time and gas. Don’t recommend this Swiss Chalet

- ATAndrew TSep 24, 20261.0I came to this location’s take out window to pick up an order. From the take out window, you have a clear view of the kitchen. I watched this employee DROP HALF A CHICKEN ON THE FLOOR AND PUT IT BACK ON A SERVING RACK. Another employee saw me staring as this all happened and stepped in to remove that piece of chicken from the serving rack and place it in the garbage. Would they have thrown it out if no one was looking? I notified the manager who didn’t seem phased at all. She told me the employee was a “new trainee”. Do employees require training to know that you shouldn’t serve chicken that fell on the ground? Or is that common sense? I wish I didn’t see this, but unfortunately I did. Eat here at your own risk.

We had someone in our party who has Celiac and can only eat gluten free and someone who was vegan and she assisted us with options for them on the menu. Truly a great experience and great food! The desserts were also delicious, highly recommend the chocolate molten cake 😊
