- JSJeff S6 days ago1.0First off the drive-through was as slow as it can be. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my order (only 3 cars in front of me). I could’ve dine in the Resturant in the amount of time it took to get my order, not only that when I got home, it looked like the fries have been sitting there all day and they’re hard.. Swiss chalet as a hole has gone down the drain. The only thing that’s consistent about all the Swiss chalet locations is the fact that it’s gone down hill… Swiss Chalet need to Audit all the restaurants. Once upon a Time ago, this used to be a great place and affordable to bring your family now it’s just gone down the drain.

I ordered & waited for almost 40mins. too, when they called my name,I picked up my ordered- family pack chicken. The bag was taped with the sticker. I was in a hurry thinking that everything's inside the bag but when I got home, my daughter was looking for the bread rolls. But all was inside was the chicken & the 4 baked potatoes, 4 cutleries, 1 sauce, 1 stuffing (which I didn't order)& nothing else. Where's the 1 sauces, 4 bread rolls & rest for the baked potatoes? I called the restaurant right away 2 x but no one was answering the phone.

The type of customer service Canada is famous for. I’ve been a customer for 42 years now. She deserved my first Swiss chalet review. Thank you for making our dinner a true pleasure. It only made the chicken and ribs better

Emma made sure our experience was perfect and brought us refills without having to even ask. She also brought us the famous Swiss Chalet finger bowls and checked in at just the right times. We will definitely be back!

She took excellent care of us and made us feel like we were being looked after by a loving mom. ❤️ Swiss Chalet definitely needs more employees like Farzy! My previous experience at a Swiss Chalet location in Brampton was, by far, the worst. But our experience at the Heartland Mississauga location was the complete opposite — it was easily the best experience we’ve ever had at Swiss Chalet. Thank you, Farzy, for making our visit so enjoyable!
