  It was my first time visiting this Swiss chalet Location. The food was delicious and fresh, and I was given incredibly speedy and attentive service by Harnoor during my time here, she made sure I felt comfortable and has sucha lovely smile to top it off! Definitely will come again 10/10!

  I’ve eaten at numerous Swiss chalets but this one was exceptional. Kris, our wait staff was amazing! Her timing was impeccable- showed up as we were ready to order, followed up and came just as we were finished. The smoothest dinner encounter ever. Social but not overly as my friend and I wanted to catch up. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely be back as long as I get Kris.

  Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet today! Harnoor was an amazing server, very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and Harnoor made sure everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming attitude. Definitely coming back again!

  Since the company closed the Winston Churchill and Eglinton location, one of the oldest stores in Mississauga, I've been forced to order from the Meadowvale satellite store, and quite frankly, the food quality has been sub-par. I had to call in to complain about an order where both the the ribs and the baked potato were extremely dried out out and inedible. Forget about ordering their signature fries from this location, as where I live, they arrive cold and flaccid. I ordered for delivery again tonight and since the fries aren't very good on delivery, as I previously mentioned, I ordered a salad as my side. When the delivery driver showed up at my door, my salad had been forgotten in my order, so I sent the whole order back. You'll have to better, folks, in order for me to order from you again, especially from this location. :-(

  Had to wait 15 minutes to get anyone's attention at the hostess desk. Finally another 8 minutes to get seated. Our 3 year old grandson ordered a kids menu and they brought a big adult fork. When we requested a small fork we were rudely informed "that's all we have". Don't expect a dining experience at this restaurant location. Very poor service. In fact rude and terrible.
