  The girl working thursday around 7:00pm has zero customer service skills. She neither greets customers nor communicates properly. She asked me to pay even before my order was completed, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, she added cheese without even asking which type I wanted. The whole experience felt rushed and careless. Staff should be more polite, attentive, and respectful towards customers.

  This is my everyday place. I come in my break here and I can say how lovely people work here. By now they know my order and I feel like I am part of their team. So welcoming. If anyone is nearby and coming here I can assure they won’t get disappointment.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway because of Simran’s behavior. She showed a lot of attitude and was very disrespectful while taking my order. It felt like she was making my sub carelessly, like she just wanted to throw it together and get rid of me as fast as possible. Customer service should be polite and respectful, but this experience was the opposite. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

  It’s written open at 9 AM on Google Maps and the store it’s written open and when I went there at 9:10 AM, the server in there she is telling me that we are not ready yet. We are just opened so why did you guys put the sign open for customers when actually, you guys are not open. I just came out and writing this review. Especially arranged my break time from work to get something and drove here to eat some healthy food, but they ruined my break and breakfast as well.
