  I had the misfortune of visiting this location at 11:10 PM tonight (April 29), and the experience was nothing short of a disgrace. This store officially closes at 12:00 AM, yet the female staff member on duty had the audacity to blatantly lie to my face, claiming they closed at 11:30 PM just because she was too lazy to allow a customer to dine in. When I refused to be intimidated by her lies and sat down to eat, her behavior turned toxic and hostile: 1. Intimidation: She began aggressively slamming in the kitchen in a pathetic attempt to force me out. 2. Cowardly Verbal Abuse: She remained on a personal phone call the entire time and used a foreign language to insult and curse at me. It is incredibly cowardly to hide behind another language to abuse a paying customer. To the Franchise Owner: Your staff is actively destroying your business reputation by lying about store hours and harassing patrons. This isn't just "bad service"—it is malicious misconduct. I demand that management reviews the security footage and audio from 11:10 PM to 11:40 PM immediately. This employee is a liability to the Subway brand and needs to be held accountable. I will not be returning, and I will ensure everyone I know hears about the toxic environment at this location.

  The staff is great here and the food is what you expect everywhere but the franchisee is so cheap they only ever hire one girl to work and they get so slow and swamped because obviously how can one human handle a whole store, and digital orders etc? Hire more staff especially for rush. Took over 30 minutes to get an app pickup order because the poor girl was swamped. So dumb, defeats the purpose of subway. (Fast and easy)

  Amazing experience at this subway, everything was fresh as well. The lady at the counter was one of the most helpful staff I’ve seen at subway
