  Listen up folks! This is a doozie!! This place for some non apparent reason charges $10 for a large bowl of chicken noodle soup. However, if you eat in, you'll get approximately 1 small scoop of said soup in the large bowl, leaving you dumbfounded as to why they couldn't fill the rest of the bowl with more soup which you paid for because it's supposed to be large. Also, if you get a baguette with that tiny bit of 'large soup' , it's so damn tiny it's laughable! You'll also need to cut it in half yourself. BUT!!!! You're gonna have to ask for a knife to do so because it's not pre cut, and they won't give you a knife without you asking! Aaaaaaaand, the knife is made of cardboard. Good luck! Oh!!!! They also won't give you butter without you asking for it.....AAAAAAaaaaaaand when you DO actually get the butter......They keep it refrigerated. So good luck spreading that cold and solid butter onto your uncut tiny piece of bread with your cardboard knife!! As much as I want to boycott Tim Horton's for being dumb, at least they give you 2 butters without asking for it WITH your LARGE SOUP that tastes just as good as this place, AAAAAND a precut bigger piece of bread.......For literally only just above 5 bucks. And Panera is supposed to specialize in this kind of thing. Panera......PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!

  Very poor service at this location. Ordered the pick 2 ,chilli with the grilled cheese . Order came up ,was then advised no chilli. Was never told this when I placed my order. I then Just requested my money back for the pick two . The manager didn't even know how to reverse the order and refund , another staff worker had to show him 🙄 . I was finally refunded for the chilli . My sons order was placed with mine. He ordered pick 2 also , a Mac and cheese with a grilled cheese. His order came up, and no grilled cheese 🙄 they tried to say he never ordered it , not so, I had receipt. They tried to charge me for his grilled cheese again ! I am never going to this place again! This company in Canada is awful , as ive had issues at another location also. Sad and disappointing to say very least

  Great place for fresh and tasty food. The soups and sandwiches are always good, and the staff is friendly. Nice clean spot to relax.

  I visited Panera Bread recently, and while I’m not reviewing the food here (since I’ve already shared my thoughts on another Panera location), this review is more about the ambience and overall experience. Compared to the Square One location, which feels much more like a comfortable “work from café” space where you can sit, relax, and work for hours, this Heartland location felt quite different. This outlet comes across more as a quick-stop, takeaway-friendly spot. There are seating options available, but the space is quite busy and doesn’t really feel like a cozy or quiet place to sit and work for long periods. It feels more suited for a quick meal and move-on rather than a relaxed work session. The ambience here was a bit disappointing in that sense, especially if you’re looking for a calm working environment. Otherwise, the restaurant itself is fine for a quick visit and the service is better than the one near Squareone
