Portion sizes were way too small for the prices charged. We got the marinated combo $200 was too little for 3 people. I am used to AYCE KBBQ for $45 per person and this is definitely not good value relatively speaking. Not sure why the hype here…
Stay away. We came to Miga because it’s supposed to be one of the best Korean restaurants in Mississauga, but the experience was incredibly disappointing.
The beef was poor quality and had a very unpleasant gamey taste. All the marinated meats were overly sweet. The seafood pancake was tiny for the price and barely had any seafood in it. Even the kimchi was disappointing and practically flavourless.
We also ordered the spicy beef soup, which had barely any beef and was mostly egg, bean sprouts, and onions.
For a restaurant with this reputation and price point, the food and service were simply unacceptable. Very disappointing and embarrassing for a Korean restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at Miga Korean BBQ! The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to our server, Jason, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. His excellent service made our night even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a bit of a mixed feeling about the food, but overall I still think Miga deserves 5 stars. The restaurant is very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They changed our grill three times during the meal, and honestly I have zero complaints about the service or atmosphere.
We ordered the halal combo. The salad, appetizers, side dishes, and everything that came with it were excellent. The only part we weren’t completely sold on was the meat itself. It wasn’t bad, but I can’t say we loved it either, especially considering the price.
The combo is listed for 2–3 people, but my wife and I finished it pretty easily, and we’re not particularly big eaters, so I expected the portion to be a little larger for the price.
Overall, the experience itself was excellent and the service definitely deserves recognition. I’d still give Miga 5 stars, but I think we’d try some different menu options next time.
Was just here for my son’s birthday and was reminded to leave a review after a great dining experience. Our waitress, Sydney, was very kind and attentive of our needs and moved us to a bigger table when we ordered a lot of BBQ. Service was timely without being intrusive as we always had enough water and rice.
For appetizers, we got the shrimp tempura, the gochujang shrimp, and beef dumplings. Everything was really fresh, especially the shrimp tempura being nicely crispy.
For the meats, we got the wagyu with salt, jumulk, pork belly, lamb chops and the marinated short ribs. Everything was incredibly tender and the meats were marinated perfectly. For a family of 3, where my husband and son are big eaters we got 6 portions in total and were left incredibly satisfied. Definitely, recommend the jumuluk and Australian wagyu for those coming for the first time. Would visit again!
