  After purchasing my coffee, I asked the staff for a cup of hot water so that I could warm milk for my baby. To my surprise, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of $1.25 for the hot water. I have generally had positive experiences with McDonald’s, which is why this situation raised some concerns for me. I understand that there may be operational costs involved; however, I wonder whether it is necessary to charge for a small cup of hot water, especially when the customer has already made a purchase. In particular, in situations involving basic needs for infants, this policy may come across as lacking in consideration.

  I am definitely not happy with the service here. I’ve visited a few times during quiet afternoon hours, only to find the counter completely unattended; I had to wait several minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Additionally, during a drive-thru visit, I was told they don't sell small milk. When I simply asked to be charged for a small coffee but have the cup filled with milk instead, the staff member just said they couldn't do that. The lack of attentiveness and basic flexibility is very frustrating."
