  Not a great experience. Looks nice after renovations but still just a regular McDonald's. Ordered from the kiosk which refused to print a receipt. And when you inform the staff they just said they know. I then asked how do I know which order is mine? And I was told it would start with 10## which I was lucky as there was only 4 orders ahead of mine and the only other order number starting with 10## was at the top so probably wasn't mine. Unfortunately after about 10 minutes. Yes this location is slow with orders. Corporate McDonald's you need to do something about them clearing orders before the orders are given to the customers. Because this now created chaos. No receipt, and we are all now looking for our orders that start with 10## but then they clear the board. Good luck everyone. I try not to go to this McDonald's if I have a choice unfortunately.

  To whoever was making the burgers on Monday April 27 @ 11:30am; Second time ordering from here and finding BLACK HAIR IN MY FOOD! I’m so sick of this uncleanliness and lack of caution. This shouldn’t be a common issue. Long black hair in my food. Great way to spend my short work lunch that’s now wasted. Do you know how awful it is to feel hair on your tongue after biting into a burger? Disgusting. So tired of all these chains going down the hole in food safety and handling. I’d rather starve than chew someone else’s hair again. yuck. also great job adding the condiments, didn’t know we were on a pickle and mustard strike in Ontario guys. What an embarrassment! How would you feel if this was the food you ordered? God I’m so disgusted I can still feel how it felt and makes me wanna gag. Really nasty.

  Ordered pickup using the 2 can dine coupon sent home. When we reached the window were informed that the burgers ordered are not covered in the coupon. Like Chicken Big Mac is not covered but Big Mac is covered. I pointed out that this should be made clear at the point of ordering when I clearly mentioned that I had the coupon. The manager comes and says, yes they should have mentioned but now you have to pay the original amount if you want your food. Ethically and morally from a customer service perspective this is wrong on so many levels.
