  manager kiran she’s worse cuz I’ve asked for my order from drive through she said you’ve to come back cuz can’t let other ones for you but my order is before them but they won’t respect brown people idk why she’s so rude and bad strctly avoid this place because of kiran she’s not eligible to be manager

  Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. I went today at 10:45 am to buy multiple gift cards and some breakfast items for my kids. After eating, my kids were using the craft area that was set up and had only painted two pictures when the manager abruptly told them to stop “wasting paint,” even though there were no other kids waiting and no signage about limits. She then took the paintbrushes away from the table without any courtesy or explanation. It upset my kids, who felt like they had done something wrong, when they hadn’t. A simple, polite request would have gone a long way. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really changed that for us. Sadly, we won’t be returning. I suggest the owner of this location speak to this manager, she has no customer service skills and has just caused a loss of a loyal customer. I have filed a complaint with headquarters.

  I found a hair in my muffin which was very disappointing and unhygienic. This should never happen in food service It made me lose confidence in the cleanliness standards at this location I hope management improves quality control.

  Visiting Mississauga, ordered the chicken Big Mac, the restaurant misheard eventhough I clearly said chicken Big Mac. I had already driven 5 mins before I saw. I decided to come back because I don’t eat McDonald’s beef. Rather than owning the mistake and saying yeah sorry we messed up let us make it right. They were like it’s a dollar more???!! Like what about the time and effort to come back? Is it right to ask a frustrated customer for a dollar? They did end up apologizing and giving me extra fries but that was after I called out bad customer service and a review. Not going to blame the employee but there needs to be better customer service training to handle these situations.
