  Was ordering at the drive thru at 23:54 tonight asking for a small vanilla latte with a dash of brewed coffee ... the lady working the headset told me that I cant order that (even though I have in the past and I was very much okay paying extra for it) but what I don't appreciate is the rude tone in her reply to when I said ive ordered it before ... "not here" I understand that no one wants to work on a friday night especially manning a drive thru with limited staff but its not the customers responsibility to coddle to staff especially given these circumstances My family and I have been regulars here for almost 6 years... definitely not impressed You need to remind your staff that their ego doesnt match the service they provide... a simple no, sorry would've sufficed

  April 28, 2026 order#384 I said I wanted fresh out of the oil Chicken McMuffin and nuggets and said no rush I am happy to wait. I said I would drive through again to save them trouble of coming out with my order and they ALL understood and still handed me old food and got the chicken order wrong. Put date and order number at top incase corporate cares enough to fire lying employees. Will go again and will wait at window and confirm before leaving next. Will be last time I will be considerate at this location.

  I will no longer come back to this Mcdonalds. -constantly messing up orders -no free refills on drinks -garbage bin always full -drive thru service sucks
