  Everything is more and more expensive and the portions are getting smaller…. Not impressed with the sundae…..ridiculous. Some other McDonald locations their portions are perfect for the money we pay! Employees at the drive through window are not friendly at all. No greetings or salutations.

  Came here with an app coupon, these coupons sometimes have glitches and counter honours the coupon. However, this particular location did not and told me I had to for the meal at the regular price, even though I had valid coupon that had not been used through the app. It was an embarrassing situation. I will avoid coming to this particular location from now on, as the staff are not at all accommodating. I may just call head office.

  Very upset, awful service, I went in, ordered, and the worker was down right evil, her name was Ming Ching, and she could not speak to me due to a language barrier.

  I really like this location of franchise. I get coffee here pretty regularily in the mornings. The staff are very friendly and the drive thru is always quick. Definitely recommend making this your new coffee pit stop.

  I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years, ate here way more than I should’ve, so this is coming from experience. The drive-thru is the main thing. I get parking cars when it’s busy, no issue there. But this place does it all the time. I’ve been the only car in the entire drive-thru, no one ahead, no one behind—and still get told to park, & when he brings me my food not one car has entered the drive thru.... For a basic Big Mac combo!! They do this so they can mark the order as “completed” on their system (makes that shift look good) while you’re sitting outside waiting. I’d say I get parked about 80% of the time when its dead in the drive thru. A little something from working experience as a contractor to this place: I used to clean kitchen exhaust systems and worked in a lot McDonalds. This one has always had never passed inspection because of neighbor noise complaints, so the job never really gets done properly. Food is hit or miss. Mostly average or below, but every now and then someone actually puts care into it and you can tell right away.. fresh fries, properly made burger, the way it’s supposed to be. Once a long time ago they offered to "slap a McGangbang together" for me if I wanted, that's customer service right there... respectfully declined the offer. IYKYK Also worth mentioning, I’ve seen them deal with DUI, by getting drivers to park and then calling the cops. Seen it happen a couple times. Overall, it’s not the worst, not the best. its just a McDonalds.. The drive-thru thing is annoying though. also don't be surprised to see little 11-15 year old's horsing around causing a scene.
