  Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand everyone can have a busy day, but the staff attitude and behavior made me feel unwelcome as a customer. A simple polite interaction goes a long way. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

Positioned near Toronto Pearson International Airport and major 400-series highways, this high-volume hub caters heavily to commuters, airport travelers, and local residents. The Drive-Through & Delivery are Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. McDonald's is located at 3510 Derry Rd. East, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

  Customer is not important for them. Group of lazy individuals working in store. Took 8 minutes to take order $ another 10 minutes to serve. Need makeover immediately.

  10:30pm May 9, 2026. I hope someone higher up than the manager and other employees working this evening/Night. Should review these people for the incompetency and lack of customer service. I kindly repeated my order 3 times. 2 Oreo McFlurry 1 vanilla cone and medium fries. While still getting it wrong, I kindly asked the girl, if she can charge me for the second McFlurry at the second window so I can leave satisfied with my order, Because they didn’t charge me for the second McFlurry. After telling me she can’t and the manager telling me they can’t charge me for a simple ice cream. After them getting irritated for my simple requests. I decided to just leave and not deal with these people. I’ve been to this McDonald’s before around the same time or even later, and paying at the second window was never an issue when the order was billed wrong. You can’t be this incompetent working at a McDonald’s.

  Employee name JAZZMINE April 24 2026, I order egg McMuffin egg white and cheese. I was told to park and wait, waiting for 15 minutes no food. I went inside and asked my order it is not ready, I waited patiently for 10 minutes, the egg McMuffin bun was burnt, I showed to her she said” it’s not he fault it’s the toaster “ she grabbed the food and thrown rudely.She is extremely NO Customer service, employee like her should get educated how to talk appropriately.Very disappointing, Mc Donald’s should Not take this kind of people.
