- SKStella KMay 6, 20261.0This specific McDonald's is not that great as when I tried to order on the kiosk screen there is no option for me to select less ice or no ice in my drink I had sensitive teeth issue so as soon as I ordered I took receipt and asked one of the team member to fulfill my request as I don't want ice on my drink She went to other staff member named Simranpreet I guess who gave my order and she started shouting like this is automated machine how come we can do No Ice and all After that I noticed that she is shouting at her colleagues as well One of the lady kept straw in every bag and she was like why are you doing this and all It's not great service to customers and these people are so rude I would prefer to go to different McD now onwards if needed

Once I got toward the bottom of it I noticed something in the cup that looked like a dark, burnt or debris-like piece mixed in with the ice, which was honestly pretty gross and off-putting. Me and my family didnt even finish the food because of how disgusting this experience was.
