  The overnight staff is a delight. They are always so courteous, polite and have a friendly smile. It's a pleasure getting my coffee there every morning. To the overnight staff keep up the good work. The bus guy.

  ​I visited your drive-thru location at approximately 7:30 PM and was highly disappointed by the quality of service. There was significant confusion regarding my order for a spicy grilled chicken sandwich, with the employee repeatedly suggesting a different item. Furthermore, I explicitly ordered and paid for chicken nuggets, which were omitted from my final order despite being on the bill. Having to hold up the drive-thru line to verify that basic orders are correct is completely inefficient. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and would appreciate this matter being addressed with the staff.

  This McDonald on Clayhill Rd Mississauga is very clean and excellent service especially the night crew. I have met the Manager her name is Amandeep she is very professional with excellent communication skills and Great service… I have also come across another associate and her name is Suman she too is very professional and very fast in helping and serving and it’s always with a smile Great place to visit , Great Service , Exceptional Customer Service !!!!!!

  I would like to the time to acknowledged a young lady named Duua. I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. She took my order promptly and was super friendly. When it was time for payment she had a smile and greeted me. I noticed she had a unique name and I wanted to make sure I said it properly so I asked her nicely how to say her name she smiled and pronounced it for me. :-) I will say usually people at this location just shove the debit machine in your face and don’t even say hi , good Morning or etc. they don’t seem to care to greet customers but Duua had a wonderful energy about her! Duua’s customer Service skills should be rewarded. I’ve lived in this surrounding area for many years and I’m happy to say I’m pleased with my experience there today as I personally feel it’s been falling short for this location. Great job girl! Keep up the good work. Nice to see people with up beat friendly personalities it’s a breath of fresh air !

  Dysfunctional drive thru. Ordered, told me to park and wait at the front, waited and forgotten. Had to go back through the drive thru.
