  This is a good place to buy discounted chocolates if you are looking to buy in bulk for gifting.Don’t forget the clearance section where you get good deals on the stuff which is closer to expiry. Ample place for parking.Staff is helpful and friendly.

  Spent over $300 here and left feeling completely nickel-and-dimed. After filling two full boxes of chocolates, I asked for a few empty cardboard boxes to make goodie bags and was told they cost $3 EACH. Charging for empty boxes after a large purchase is ridiculous and cheap. On top of that, staff kept pushing us to buy even more just to get two extra free chocolate bunnies, even though we already had 12 in our cart and well over 100 individual chocolates. At that point, the upselling just felt greedy and unnecessary. For a brand like Lindt, this level of petty upselling and charging for basic packaging is honestly embarrassing. Definitely not the kind of customer experience you expect when spending this much. Would not return.

  The deals at this store are good but the customer service is the worst you can ever experience. We wanted to try a chocolate before purchasing it in bulk and one of the lady who was working came to us grabbed the chocolate and said we were not supposed to try and charged us. She was being very rude. Never experienced this when we visited the store many times previously and were indeed told to try the chocolates. Being kind would not cost you anything and she should have told the same thing to not to try in a decent way.
