    How is it that I spend nearly $60 in food and not one condiment in the bag? A napkin, fork, ketchup packet, nothing? But yet to ask for a donation is always there? This will be a good reminder to myself that it's not worth eating out. The prices go up, the service goes down. $2 dollars for this gravy? Ridiculous.

    The staff is very friendly. Especially the taste of the chicken is so good in this branch. We tried many KFC branches but this one has excellent taste. Everything properly cooked and well served

    Absolutely despicable service from this store and KFC head office. April 18th I placed an order on the app and had called ahead of time to confirm that the store was open as it is a brand new location. They replied saying it was and invited me to order without any issues. I placed my order and headed to the store and I was greeted to a poorly written sign that said “technical difficulties”. The girl on the inside looked at me like I was crazy when I wouldn’t leave as my order was ready to pick up and I had been charged. After opening the door they told me I could not receive any food, I could not get a refund at that time and I would have to come back. The manager Sanya confirmed multiple times it would be fine and that I could get my money back. Went back once and the worker told me it was impossible and it had to be done online, called the store until I got the manager and she took my info down. It’s been 2 and half weeks since then and I still haven’t gotten my money back. KFC corporate keeps giving me the run around telling me that my ticket is in “progress”. Despicable customer service from a new location and a terrible experience with corporate. And I’m still waiting for a resolution.

    We noticed a KFC in our area has opened so we decided to go in. My mother ordered a Zinger meal for her and a Big Crunch meal for me, and she said she would like to substitute the pops for 2 gravy's instead. When she got to the car and checked our receipt, we saw we had been charged for 2 gravy's and we had no pop. My mom decided to go back in and get the pops since she was charged for the gravy's and they said "But you said you don't want pop" and my mom said "i said to SUBSTITUTE the pop for the gravy, not be charged for the gravy." My mom also noticed the lady in front of her was showing frustration because she was also having issues with them understanding her order. This is not a good look as they just opened a week ago.
