  Visited this KFC location and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Tej, who provided excellent customer service. The food was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great visit, and I would definitely recommend this location.

  I visited KFC yesterday and had an excellent experience. Tej was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional throughout my visit. He greeted customers with a smile and made sure my order was prepared quickly and correctly. His positive attitude and hardworking nature really stood out. Employees like Tej make customers want to come back again. Highly appreciated!

  A mistake was made when my bf ordered at the kiosk and he was forced to take these 20 pack wings, he didn't want. He was refused a refund. He did order another combo but the 20 wings were by mistake. He was charged for these wings, we didnt want and we're forced to take them. The staff were incredibly rude, standoffish and completely unwilling to be even a little bit understanding. There's a KFC in the mall, go there.

  I really like this kfc branch because we got served up in less then 10 mins. Their burger was served warm, juicy and fresh. The waistline was also very small. The staff was very nice and sweet to everyone. Anyone who wants to have no wait line , visit this branch. I also lived there new Oreo quench , it was very cold and sweet and everyone loved it a lot. So they deserve all 5 stars . That you KFC we loved your newly opened branched at Eglinton avenue w. 🫶🫶

  Worst KFC I have ever been too!! While in there, they got 3 orders wrong and they got angry with the customers instead of fixing the issue right away.. instesd it’s an eye roll and an angry “ just give it to them” They don’t want to take your order… I was standing there waiting a few mins and finally said “ do you HAVE to order off the kiosk or can I order from you here , he said “ u have to order from kiosk” I said “ I only have cash” and he rolls his eyes and comes over to take my order… I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken and an individual fries…. They gave me a box of popcorn chicken that wasn’t even full and I said “ this isn’t a bucket “ he said something to the lady working and they went back and started grabbing popcorn chicken from the warmer part but didn’t have enough to fill my bucket, so they added more to the deep fryer .. i asked if they could just give me the fresh popcorn chicken since i would be waiting 5-8 mins anyway for the fresh stuff i would prefer all fresh instead of half and half… he said sure… I waited and watched hi Plop the fresh popcorn chicken into the warmer part.. and then he sneakily takes my bucket out of the warmer part… I said “ did you just pour the fresh into the bucket with the less fresh stuff after you said you would give me all fresh?” He said “ yeah I did, I cannot give you all fresh it’s against policy, it is all fresh see look here we can only leave it for 10 mins in the warmer and then we have to throw out”… I was in there for 20 so no way it was fresh…. I said “are you serious AFTER I asked for all fresh and you said okay” he said “ yeah it’s all fresh see this is a warmer keeping it warm” I said “ okay well if you can’t give me all fresh then just give me my money back” and he got all attitude and said “ yup okay give her money back” I got my money back and then said “ so instead of just giving me all the fresh you are now going to have to throw away the fresh and the older one out” and he said “yup”… so instead of giving me what I asked for and being a good customer Service representative you lost a customer.. so you just put it all back into the warmer… Weird didn’t you JUST HAVE half of that with like 1 min left and now you are gunna keep all of that in the warmer for another 10 mins… hahah wow! I am appalled ! They were bad the first time I went too but they were newish so I figured I’d give it another chance since my son loves popcorn chicken.. nope I’ll never go to this particular KFC ever again! And I will be sure to tell EVERYONE to stay the hell away! Absolutely disgusting customer service and now knowing they are suppose to throw it out within 10 mins and he just put the popcorn chicken that should have been thrown away , together with the fresh popcorn chicken! I hate how sneaky they were by putting the bucket into the warmer making it seem like they gave me all fresh! I’m so upset!
