  Todo estuvo mal, mal servicio mala atención, groseros, intolerantes, de verdad que no recomiendo este lugar para nada, es ir a pasar un mal momento, esas personas les pedí el nombre por su mala atención y me sacaron del lugar, no son para nada buenas personas, que mal lugar, debería de haber lugar para denunciar estas faltas de respeto

  I ordered a Zinger sandwich and waited almost 25 minutes. After all that waiting, the chicken was cold and the Pepsi was completely flat with no carbonation Very disappointing experience. Management should seriously review what’s happening inside this location because there seems to be a clear lack of attention and quality control.

  I did not like my experience here today. The place was completely empty. There was no other customers ,I walk in. Nobody greets me. I waited for five minutes for somebody to take my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed my order myself on the self serve immediately after placing my order myself, the manager rudely lets me know that it would be a 10 minute wait even though the place is completely empty. I understand they may have online orders, but I had two simple GO buckets, and for him to decide to talk to me after placing my own order about the weight is just unacceptable again no greeting, not letting me know that they would be with me momentarily. Nothing just rude looks. there was a person in the area where the food is not doing anything not packing any orders not sharing anything out. I decided to ask for a refund And he advises me because I placed the order myself (I had no other choice) That I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. I said OK and continued to wait for my order. He must’ve glanced at my phone and seen me writing a Review on Google. that’s when he decides to talk to me and let me know that they have an issue with their system and that There’s only two of them working; even though I’m the only one in the store they have a couple other orders ahead of me and proceeds to ask me if I want a refund (After he told me, I could not get one five minutes prior) I said sure I’ll take my refund, but it shouldn’t take me making a review for you to deal with a customer Appropriately. So I’ll leave this review here.

  Awesome service! We went to KFC late at night almost while they were closing, but Jatin and Imran were still so nice.. they happily took our order. They were incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel very welcome even at the end of their shift. Really appreciate the great customer service and positive attitude. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

  I went on Saturday to get 6 pieces and two wraps. Absolute nightmare. All 6 pieces were white meat...never asked for white meat and wasnt notified i was getting white meat. I worked at a KFC almost 15 years ago..thats a huge no-no. And the chicken in the wraps was dry...probably be there a while. Won't be coming back to this location...I can flush $30 better ways
