  Waited for over 40 minutes for my order because their milkshake machine was broken and 5 of them were trying to fix it, rather than taking orders and making food. I had placed my order online so I was unaware of the situation & had a shake in my order. When i got inside and learned the situation, I told them I'll get something else instead of the shake if the machine is broken and they said ok but 2 of the staff members were still trying to fix the machine. Once it got working, they gave me a WARM & incredibly sweet milkshake. I had ordered my food for takeout & didn't think it was a smart idea to go back & get my warm milkshake replaced. Things break down, I understand. But I just wanted to leave the review on their new summer drinks. The milkshake is very very sweet & not in a good way.

  The service was garbage your place was dirty your employees were rude she put the white hard part of lettuce on purpose I requested her to give me some lettuce to put on my sandwich, and she told me that s all we have in a very un polite manner. Thank you for your garbage service.

  This has to be one of the most poorly run KFC locations I’ve been to in the GTA. I’ve been here a few times and without fail each time the drink machine has been broken, staff is confused and I end up waiting 25 minutes for my food. Several customers have also received the wrong order and had to wait almost 30 minutes sometimes. I highly suggest anyone to try another location or another fast food restaurant. It’s ridiculous

  This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant on the planet. Always have to wait +20 minutes for anything.
