Friday night at 7 o’oclock and they don’t have spicy chicken. Workers are just lazy and don’t want to make it as it takes longer. The owner of this KFC needs to bring this up to their staff

They took away the drink machine, don't have a drink list, and we were explicitly told no free refills. What the heck? That drink syrup is just sooo expensive. I used to love this one, but that alone took it down several stars.

Disaster ,soooo busy ,only one cashier . 10 people on the kitchen and only 1 woman taking all the orders even when she tried to do a good job , it was impossible. They need 2 cashiers for the busy days

Last night I went to order for the special Friday and I have the fresh app coupon. The lady was super rude and said that’s expired. I ordered my combos but it took me almost 1 hour even though they told me it takes 5 to 10 minutes. But I’m sure they did it late for porpoise. Whenever I order from this location they don’t want to help customers and they are very rude. It wasn’t free I paid and I’m not feeling well 1 hour killed me.
