  Was soooo excited to have a close KFC!! I also got coupons in the mail! Went in, and gave my order and coupon to the cashier. She looked like she had never seen a coupon before!! She went to the guy who was making the food and spoke in their language for a while. Finally came back to me and said I had to order through the kiosk. SHE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING. She couldn't take my order?? I only have a minimal time for lunch and was hoping for a quick pickup. Anyways, left and went to Wendy's drive through instead.

  VERY VERY TERRIBLE! Ordered online and ordered Regular Big Crunch Burgers AND GOT SPICY BIG CRUNCH INSTEAD! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO YOUR JOBS RIGHT!!!

  Extremely disappointing experience at the KFC in Erin Mills Mall. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. After waiting a very long time for our order, the food finally arrived cold, stale, and clearly not fresh. The fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time before being served. What made the experience worse was how unprofessional the staff were. There was no urgency, no proper communication, and no apology for the delay. Employees seemed disorganized and more interested in talking among themselves while customers kept waiting. Even after ordering ahead, people still had to stand around for 20–30 minutes with no explanation. Looking through other reviews now, it seems this location has a pattern of the same problems: * Long wait times even for pickup orders * Cold food being served * Missing or incorrect items in orders * Poor customer service * Careless food preparation * Staff not taking complaints seriously One of the worst parts was seeing how inconsistent the food quality is. Some reviews even showed undercooked chicken and sandwiches that looked completely unacceptable. That is honestly concerning for a restaurant serving chicken. Cleanliness, freshness, and quality control should be basic standards. For a busy mall location, you would expect better management and better-trained staff. Instead, the whole experience felt chaotic and careless. Customers are paying premium prices and waiting far too long just to receive cold food and poor service. Very disappointing overall. I will not be returning to this KFC location unless major improvements are made to the service, food quality, and professionalism of the staff.

  Sandwich taste hard and dry patty baked the day before. The most dry KFC fried chicken ever... I do come every week. Taste getting worse.
