  Very disappointing experience terrible customer service and food Yesterday at around 7:25 p.m., we went through the drive-thru to place an order. While ordering at the speaker, I forgot to mention that I had a coupon. There was no car behind us, so when we got to the window, we simply told the employee that we had a coupon and handed it to him. Instead of handling it politely, the employee at the window responded very rudely, saying, “This is something you should have informed us about earlier at the speaker.” I have worked in customer service myself, and I completely understand that mistakes or changes can happen while placing an order. However, there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. Considering there was no one behind us, applying the coupon would have taken a few seconds. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude we received. There was no greeting or basic courtesy whatsoever. The employees were giggling among themselves, while we were left feeling like they were doing us a favor by serving us. The overall attitude was extremely unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. The chicken was extremely rubbery and honestly very poor quality.

  I don’t think writing a review will do any good as the Management completely supports the rude, unprofessional behaviour of their employees. I was the second person in line today (7 pm) and literally ignored for the longest time. The lady didn’t even bother to make eye contact and kept on talking to the other employee in the kitchen. When I finally said ‘Excuse me’ she rudely replied by saying ‘I’m busy, we’r short staffed. You will have to wait. Use the Kiosk’. After all that wait she had the nerve to order me to use the kiosk. If the Owner is reading this, please explain to your staff what customer service and professionalism means. A simple acknowledgment ‘I’ll be with you shortly’ would have helped instead of making me feel invisible!
