  sucks that this is the only KFC close to my house by miles. cuz it absolutely horrible. every time i say i wont go there again, i crave some chicken, go there again end up just regretting it more. this is the straw that broke the camels back. after spending over $75, i get home to find out MOST of the order was wrong. instead of the snack wraps i got the full size. instead of the chicken sandwich, i got...nothing. instead of all mild chicken, i got half of the order spicy randomly. but the thing that pissed me off the most, i craved some coleslaw so i was like what the heck let me get one. me: can i get 1 side coleslaw? casher: sure, 1 side mac salad. me: no no coleslaw. again casher restating order for me before i pay "and 1 side mac salad" me again, no its coleslaw... 4 times... FOUR FREAKING TIMES i confirmed coleslaw. can you guess what i ended up with?? THE MAC SALAD the disgusting mac salad that's expiring the same day, that they clearly wanted to clear at at my expense. $3 for a discussting expired sour mac salad that i said FOUR times that i didn't want, that i had to toss in the garbage. i wanted to drive back to the restaurant with fury, my family had to calm me down. every time that location messes my order i say no more but i end up going back there eventually. but that was it. no more. this is my vow to never return.

  Excellent service, the 20 piece bucket was a bit salty and we reported that to the staff. They took us seriously and gave us another replacement. Good service like this will help retain customers.

  This visit earned a solid three stars because half of my meal was excellent while the other half fell completely flat. I ordered the large popcorn chicken along with a side of coleslaw and a biscuit. The popcorn chicken was the absolute star of the show—perfectly bite-sized, crunchy, and packed with flavor without being overly dried out. Unfortunately, the biscuit was incredibly hard and crumbly, tasting like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours rather than being freshly baked. The coleslaw was also a bit too watery and lacked that creamy punch. I would definitely go back just for the chicken, but I will be skipping the sides next time.

  I don’t know what this location was like in the past, but something has definitely changed. I just picked up some chicken, and I was genuinely amazed by how good it was. It brought me back to how KFC used to taste years ago. This location has really stepped up its game. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
