I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. The restaurant was visibly dirty from the moment I walked in — dirty doors, sticky floors, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I waited 25 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. Only one staff member was present, and he was focused entirely on fulfilling orders for delivery drivers who kept coming in. Guests inside the restaurant were completely ignored. I eventually left without ordering. This location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer service.

Ordered through the app. Went through drive thru to pick up my order. Cashier came to the window and said they're waiting on fresh popcorn chicken and it'll be 3 minutes. No problem but then she asked me to drive around again. I said no, I'm fine here, if another customer comes I'll move. She obviously didn't like my response. Got the food, looked in the bag, everything was tossed in. My snack wrap was barely wrapped. Got home, my daughter took everything out and all her popcorn chicken were not in their wrappers, just all over the bottom of the bag. Very poor customer service.

I had a really positive experience at this KFC location on Erin Mills Parkway. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the overall visit very pleasant. They were helpful when taking my order and made sure everything was handled smoothly. My food was prepared right on time, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, and the sides complemented the meal really well. The quality and taste were better than I expected for a fast-food restaurant. I also felt that the portion size and overall quality were worth the money. It’s always nice when you can get a satisfying meal without feeling like you overpaid for it. Overall, great service, friendly staff, timely food preparation, and delicious food. I would definitely come back and recommend this KFC to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. 5 stars well deserved!

They serve their food well! The chicken was well cooked, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the presentation was excellent! What I loved the most however was the positive atmosphere Safa let off! She’s was always willing to help her costumers to her fullest potential. She is also very flexible when it to the needs of her clients! I’m not a big fan of beef, but Safa truly went out of her way to present various options with chicken or beans! I may seem biased when I say this, but she really is someone which the angels have their eyes on and she deserves a raise! The Taco Bell burritos were really good too :)
