  Visited KFC today around 3:25 PM expecting a quick meal, but the experience was honestly disappointing. I asked for the 2-piece spicy chicken combo and the employee at the counter immediately said they didn’t have it — no greeting, no basic customer service, nothing. I then asked for a Zinger burger, and again with visible attitude and irritation, he said they didn’t have that either. The whole interaction felt rude and dismissive, especially the body language and tone. Finally I was told only regular chicken was available. I understand items can run out, that happens. But customer service and basic respect should still be there. If most menu items aren’t available during operating hours, customers should be informed properly and treated politely. Left the place feeling more frustrated than fed. Will never visit or order.

  They serve expire food expired chicken.. I buy today my kids eats and they are sick and not good chicken… even they serve not fresh

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE Been a customer of KFC for decades across various countries around the world, and over the years I’ve often wondered why KFC in Canada feels so underwhelming. Now I understand why after visiting the KFC location at 60 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON. This issue has now happened twice. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered spicy chicken through the app, but they gave me regular chicken instead. Since it was already prepared and I didn’t want to create an issue, I accepted it that time. Today, the exact same thing happened again. I placed another spicy chicken order through the app, and after waiting around 45 minutes, I was told they only had regular chicken available. When I asked about the spicy chicken I had already ordered and paid for, the manager responded rudely saying, “Take it if you need it, or delete our app and go to Popeyes.” When i said its happening second time she said “why are you coming here again “ Completely unprofessional customer service and very disrespectful behavior toward customers. If items are unavailable, customers should be informed properly before accepting orders, and staff should know how to speak respectfully instead of reacting with attitude.

  I ordered a 4 piece tender combo, the lady asked me “what sauce?” and I don’t know the sauces and she doesn’t mention what sauces are available but I got the food right away but she completely forgot about my drink. I asked for a drink and she gave me a cup with no lid. And the drink fountain was disappointing, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, and Brisk was all water down… I open the KFC box and it was half full… the fries was so small… and the 4 pieces of chicken tenders was so tiny.
