  Whenever we want KFC this location is our go to, aside from the one in Dundas that had been demolished. Anyway, went there around 8:10pm today, ordered from kiosk coz no one in the counter. Order done, then one person comes out from the kitchen/back saying it will take 20mins for the chicken just bcoz there’s no chicken at all. I’m like WTH, no chicken? Mind u they will close 11pm, so still too early for them not to cook extras or few before closing. Went back inside calling the guy which he can’t hear me from the counter, u know why? He has AirPods in his ear and clearly talking to someone. Once again, WTH!! I asked for refund or cancel my order just bcoz I’m in a rush. I was told by the GUY, he can’t cancel the order because it’s from the kiosk. Again, WTH! I’m working in a food chain as well and yes we can do refunds even if it’s mobile or kiosk order. So I have no choice, but to wait. Finally after 25-30mins he handed the order and gave us a free chicken. I guess, thanks!

  I am a regular customer at this KFC location and have been coming here frequently. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience yesterday when I visited with my daughter. I ordered two 4-piece KFC meals. As I always do, I clearly told the employee who was taking my order, “No wings please.” She was a new employee, and she confirmed that she understood my request. The order also took longer than expected to be prepared. When I finally received it and checked the meals, I noticed that wings were included. I politely told the employee that I had specifically asked for no wings. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to correct it, she repeatedly told me that I had never asked for no wings and insisted that I had not said it. I am absolutely certain that I clearly said “No wings please.” What disappointed me most was not simply receiving the wrong pieces, but being told repeatedly that I had not made the request when I know that I did. As a regular customer, I expect better customer service. Mistakes can happen, especially with a new employee, but denying a customer's request and arguing with them instead of trying to resolve the issue is not acceptable. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed with the store team. I hope this was an isolated incident, because I have generally chosen KFC because of my positive experiences as a regular customer.
