  The KFC veggie burger tasted great. The patty was crispy and flavourful. The portion was good and the burger felt fresh. I enjoyed it a lot and would order it again.

  We came by today in the afternoon.The food's good, but the customer service was amazing... the lady at the counter was smiling at customers the whole time and super helpful, which is rare these days.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with KFC. I received an email from KFC.ca promoting an offer that I did not receive with my order yesterday. When I called the restaurant to inquire, the shift manager, Mohamed Riyan, answered the phone. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very poor. He did not take the time to listen to my concern or attempt to resolve the issue. I asked him to take my contact number and call me back after looking into the matter. However, I have not received any follow-up call or response. This experience has left me very disappointed. Not only was the promotion misleading, but the lack of customer care made the situation even worse. Experiences like this can seriously affect customers’ trust and damage KFC’s reputation. I would appreciate it if someone from your customer service team could investigate this matter, explain why the advertised offer was not honored, and contact me to discuss a suitable resolution.
