  Hey Everyone , please Boycott this franchise because they switched regular meat to Halal only. Canada is Christian country, not a Muslim country

  I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after yesterday’s experience, I felt I had to. I’ve been coming to this KFC for years, and unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience. The biggest issue is how long it takes to get your food, even when you place a mobile order ahead of time. Yesterday, I placed my order through the app and arrived about 20 minutes later, but my order still hadn’t been started. I was asked to leave and come back. This isn’t a one-time occurrence it’s happened to me multiple times over the years, in the drive-thru and inside. It’s frustrating because the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time. I’ve also seen many other customers become frustrated while waiting, so it doesn’t seem like this is an isolated issue. I’m honestly surprised that after all these years, nothing seems to have changed. I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and works on improving the speed and overall customer experience.

  Late Review: We ordered the specials but everything seemed to have not only shrunk in sizes , quantity but even quality has depleted… people expect to have meals but more importantly have an experience even if it was fast food joint..

  We ordered from drive through after waiting for 10 mins in the lane- the girl at the mic took half order and went away for 2 good mins, after taking our order made us go all the way back in the drive through! And mind you there were 4 people working (from what i saw) and it’s not even a weekend bro! What are you guys doing? Need to do better than this!

  I did my order on Uber for pickup at 11:39AM. I reached there at 12:05, I told them about my pickup which was showing ready to pickup. I informed the two ladies working there about my order, they said “it’s not ready, it’s gonna take 5 more minutes “. I said fine I will wait more in the drive thru, I waited more in drive thru. When it was my turn, they didn’t open the window, after 10 minutes I knocked on the window. The two ladies working there somehow forgot about my order, they said they started my order now. At 12:27 they gave my order, I told them about my situation, the two ladies started making baseless excuses and argued with me, and while I was leaving I saw her throwing tissues in anger. I never experienced this in my life, waiting for almost 1 hr for food. This accident ruined my whole half hour break as well, I didn’t had to even eat my own food which I ordered almost an hour ago.
