  Management and staff refused to allow me into the restaurant when the signage for a Tuesday evening suggests that the dine-in area is open until 11pm. To the Owner: I wish to discuss this matter further as I finished a 17-hour day and simply wished to sit down at a table to eat a meal but was denied due to the lack of transparency of new store hours. Thank you.

  My family and I ordered from this location yesterday, and it was the only food we ate before all of us became very sick. We are very concerned about the food safety at this location. The staff were also unprofessional and seemed more focused on asking customers for 5 star reviews and survey ratings than on quality, cleanliness, and proper food handling. Amutha was especially vocal about pushing for positive reviews. Very disappointing, and we will never eat here again

  I recently visited KFC and had a fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. My favourite meal was the Big Box Meal with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich—the sandwich had the perfect crispy crunch with just the right amount of heat, and the sides made it a filling and satisfying meal. A special shoutout to Navjot Singh for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always great to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customers. Overall, a great visit to KFC! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

  The worst customer service. They said they didn't have multiple items on the menu. Finally ordered something they had it for myself and my kid took over 45 minutes when I asked about it they said they never even started making it. The restaurant was not even busy or the drive through. I asked for a refund they said it will be out shortly I said fine took another 10-15 minutes with me having to ask them and follow up if my food is being made. One coworker said they would compensate me and then the other lady got rude and said no with a BUNCH of attitude. I simply at this point wanted just a refund.. wasted an HOUR of our time and they had nothing to say and did not seem to care that I had a child with me - NO MANNERS and finally after A LOT of back and forth someone gave me a refund.

  Am sad do give a bad review but i do not suggest this location. Not only did the woman keep getting my husbands name wrong but they got all the order wrong too. Plus when we got home my husband had a piece of chicken missing. This meal was not worth this much money..chicken was scrappy, bad tasting and more salad in my tacos than meat. I wish the franchise would employ better english speaking employees 😒. Everytime someone asked for napkins the cashier would say the same thing to everyone..." i can only give you 1 cause i only have 2 " ? As if.....restaurant was clean and nacho fries where ok...cheeze sauce kinda tasted like melted craft singles 😆 sry.hope this review helps!!
