  Service was amazing I gotten good size pieces of chicken in my combo, was a very short wait, and hot and fresh! Thank you to the lady who served me! Will be back.

  This place is cute, take out, fast but dirty I saw roaches and a small mice. Also the guy (today May 4th, 2026 16:20) at the cashier wearing all black, bald, older guy wearing glasses have a bad scent. I dont know how is he allowed to work at KFC and I am not exaggerating because 3 kids with their Mom was already there when I got at the place and one kid was like "its stinky in here Mommy" And the kid was referring to the cashier guy at the time I described above. Hopefully KFC Upper Management will do something about that, I love KFC but these kind of situations should have been addressed accordingly.

  I placed an order on the kiosk for a dip at 7:21 because my wife forgot to add it to our online order. Yes, a small SINGLE container of KFC dipping sauce. I finally got my dip at 7:47 PM. Almost half an hour for a dipping sauce. I stood there. No one acknowledged me. It was just a single worker in the kitchen. Didn’t even look up once. There was probably 4 people in addition to me waiting for their orders in the dining area. By that point, everyone that was inside had left by the time I got my dip. I understand you have online orders that take priority over the customers ordering in person. But this is ridiculous.

  I wish the customers are informed that the cashier or the cook or any of the crew handling or making the food is in training. That's why we went to a fastfood place and service of food would be quick. Or at least, tell us how much long will it take for the food to make. After waiting for 15 to 17 minutes for my food (zinger and original chicken sandwich), they forgot to put condiments and tissues.

  I have never been to this location and not have to wait 15 or more minutes. I went in yesterday. When got in I saw 3 employees. One behind the cash, one in the kitchen and one sitting at one of the tables talking to an outside friend I assume. No one was doing anything. Just looking forward. I placed an order for a classic chicken sandwich and a slider. Popular items. Should be on tap for customers to come in, grab and go as fast food should be. About 2 minutes later my name was called and I was told that if I wanted a classic sandwich it would be between 10 and 15 minutes... I was told I could take the meat from a big crunch and they can dress it like the classic, but it will take 5 to 10 minutes. Mind you, there was no one ahead or behind me. The place is not packed with customers waiting for their food. No uber pick ups waiting. Nothing. No reason two standard sandwiches should take that long. Given that I already paid and they already wasted some of my time I agreed to the big crunch meat classic sandwich option. Since this is not the first time ive waited here for a long time, one they confirmed the order I actually started a timer on my phone out of curiosity to see if this makeshift 5 to 10 minute big crunch classic will be ready in the stated time. At 13 minutes and 26 seconds they called my name again and I got my food. No one had come in in that time and no other orders were being worked on. So I really dont get how they were still able to waste 20 minutes of my time. I was not going to leave a review off of one bad experience, but this is not strike 1 2 or 3. This now 5 times they took this long. The food however was fresh so... yeah. May as well just go to a sit-down restaurant if you want to sit around waiting for your food.
