  July 1st 2026 so everyone knows that it's not some other time. Today we placed order on Uber eats from this location. 8 different drivers went to this location to pick my order up just to cancel it , time after time every single driver. After almost 2 hours of waiting for 18 PC meal bucket and zinger box meal I have had enough and decided to contact Uber to find out what was going on and why such a delay has happened. Uber gets back to me to tell me that wrong driver has picked my order and delivered it to a different customer. Mind you none of the workers could get in touch to explain what happened or try to make new order to send it to me. They only kept on telling drivers that someone else picked my order up. It took almost 3 hours from placing this order for Uber to say and for me to see on my app that store has cancelled my Uber order. I have never seen or dealt with anything like this. This store even refused to answer Uber eats people call. Like what does it take to get this fixed from your guys side? Where is the manager? Why is the ratings on these location so low? Is the owner not looking into any of the bad reviews either? Hopefully whomever is ordering from here should think hard before placing orders from uber eats or in person. Unbelievable, strongly not recommend this location. Thank you

  Terrible service. One lady at the front taking order sand making food. Didn't even see a manager for 10 mins with another guy just walking around in a red shirt not helping her either. It was only me and one guest. She was working on the guest's order, and my order was online. There was a meal box sitting there for about 10 minutes. The lady also seemed very frustrated. Still nobody helping her. I waited for over 10 minutes and I was running late to work while she was still working in the guest's order then started taking another order. At this point I was running late with only 10 mins to get to work. I asked for a refund and that's when the manager showed up and he was raising his voice telling me just take it and go (that was the box sitting there for 10 minutes now). Zero apologies zero customer service. And this is the store manager. A stocky guy looking in his forties. I insisted on a refund and it took them 10 more minutes to issue a refund. Still zero follow up from the manager. And I went to work hungry and late. Terrible experience. Maybe go there if you have an extra hour to spare.

  I went to this branch today and we ordered buy 1 get 1 deal from Uber Eats but there was a confusion about the order but when we went there instead of being understanding the staff was very disrespectful and we were very disappointed.

  Every single time I order Uber eats, I ask for dark meat. Last night, AGAIN, for the 10th time they send me white meat with wrong sides and no drink. I will NEVER order from this KFC place again. The worst one ever. I DO NOT recommend!!!!

  This location doesn’t deserve a one star. These people are disgustingly dirty. I’m surprised Peel Region health department hasn’t closed them down again. They were closed a few years back. The hygiene in this location is absolutely appalling. I don’t believe that people actually go here. Poor people don’t realize they’re eating from a bunch of people that don’t know what hygiene means so if before warned before placing your order, pay attention and you will see what I’m talking about. Absolutely disgusting
