  I'll start by saying we have lived right next door to this location, 20 second walk and we have only been there twice in 5 years because every time is literally the worst food you could get. We decided to try it again because they renovated the place and we thought maybe they've upped their game. Yeah big mistake. I saw other reviews and they said check your bag before you leave because they screw up orders and yes, I paid for upgraded sized fries and didn't get them. They admitted their error and fixed it. On to the food.... Popcorn chicken was good and gravy was delicious. Coleslaw was gross and threw it away. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. My wife's chicken was extremely soggy. No crunch or texture at all. I gently ran a fork across the skin with no effort and the skin peeled right off and disintegrated in a pool of oil. Fries were super bland and boring. The best part was the onion rings. It's like they opened a bag up from 1986 and fried them up. They were rock hard and impossible to eat. The onion inside was both hard and chewy. Totally disgusting You've fooled me for the last time KFC. Never again. Forever

  I order 2pc big box combo and a snack wrapper. The cashier didn't ask me what type of wrapper? She just gave me chicken tenders. Also when I went home I found out that I didn't get the combo. Just a drink, 2 pc chicken and fries. They forgot to give popcorn chicken and if they could have repeated my order I would be able to correct it. I requested my bill and she mentioned that it will be in my bag. Of course nothing in my paper bag. Such poor cashier attention. Not sure if this is the way to scam an older customers.
