Placed an order in the wrong location when I selected closest location and customer service number is the only option to cancel the order. No one answered and then it kept disconnecting. Was not able to cancel and it charged me. Very unhappy with this "customer service"

For the second time today , I order a mix bucket of chicken, you don't even know wish one is spicy and wish one is mild ... and we asked on both occasions to please separate them ...

Too much slow service even after ordering on app. I have to wait for 20 minutes just for a small order. They don't have cans which comes with deal. Then they forgot to add wrap in the order. I had to come again for collecting wrap, and after waiting again wrap was stale and cold. Pathetic service at all.

I’ve been to this KFC twice, and unfortunately, both times my order was messed up. The first time, the chicken in my sandwich was raw, which was very concerning. I had to bring it up with the cashier and complain about it. I went back again two days ago and had multiple coupons. The cashier asked me which sides I wanted for each coupon, and I clearly chose 5 sides in total, but when I received my order, I only got the sides for one of my orders. It’s frustrating to have issues with my order every time I visit, especially when one of the issues involved undercooked chicken. I hope the staff can be more careful with orders going forward.
