  Ordered popcorn chicken combo for my daughter When the young gentleman went to give me my food I asked for him to give me another fresh set because he was using plastic gloves to pick up my food . Gloves that he is touching everything with . He was annoyed and said this is what they do ? So you handle hot popcorn chicken with clear plastic gloves ? And at no time with in the 10 minutes of me waiting did he use any utensils for any of the food . This isn't on him this is on the company for proper training and to provide utensils . Mc donalds uses the same containers I've never seen anyone use their hands.

  The cashier was very rude we ordered chicken sandwich and he gave 2 piece of chicken and he didnt even apologize. he was arguing that that was what we ordered.

  We placed an order, but we were given completely different items from what we actually ordered. When we went back and asked them to correct the mistake, instead of checking the order, they insisted that we had ordered exactly what they gave us. The cashier and the manager, along with another employee, all tried to convince us that they were right. We knew what we had ordered and stood our ground. In the end, they refunded our money, but they never admitted their mistake or apologized. This was a very disappointing experience. We do not recommend this KFC to anyone.

  Worst kfc I have ever been. Ordered popcorn and they gave me 60% full box and said this is that way it is. The chicken ordered was also bad. Filled with oil and tasted stale
