- KLKareem LababidiMay 12, 20265.0I work close by so I’m there often for lunch. This is probably the best Kelsey’s I’ve ever been to. They gave me extra shrimp on my bowl and always take good care of me. The food is always amazing and the service is second to none. I’d recommend this location to anyone I know.
- NCNatalie ChowMay 12, 20261.0Don't get me wrong, my 1978 burger was delicious. The 1 star is for the server. She served me the food but didn't give me any cutlery or napkins. The worst experience came when she asked if there's anything else and then proceeded to give me my bill when I didn't ask for it. Not even a half hour had passed when she was racing to get me out the door. She even pushed the bill into my line of sight and when I didn't react, she placed the cash out POS/PED device (that was all set up) nearby. No words. No feel free to sit however long you'd like, no reason given as to "why the rush?" Regretfully, I didn't grab her name but she was young, blonde ponytail, early 20s and stationed at the bar.

We were greeted with warm smiles and great service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I ordered the smokehouse BBQ bacon burger and wife ordered the Thai lettuce wraps with shrimp. Both meals were fantastic. Came out hot fresh with outstanding fries. Whenever we come back to Toronto we will definitely stop here again. Made the beginning of our vacation a wonderful experience!
