  I've been coming here for roughly 2 years, and I always have a great time. I always feel welcomed. The atmosphere is great! The staff, and owners are truly amazing. They're so friendly and helpful. A real standout is Terri. She has a great attitude, and looks after her customers like a true professional. It's exactly what I look for when I go out. That's what makes me want to go there, even when it may be out of the way for me. My thanks to everyone at Kelley's, and in particular to Terri. I've been to many establishments throughout the years and what really stands out is the staff and owners. Everything flows from the top down. I can honestly say this place flows! My thanks for having a truly outstanding establishment. I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Great job! Thanks Terri! You're definitely top tier!

  Worst takeout I've ever gotten in my life. Ceaser wrap, supposed to be cut in half, tidy. No cut, absolute mess. This person who handled this disaster, clearly doesn't care about their job. Never again, only dine in I guess? Sunday night, 10pm May 3rd order. Hah, can someone maybe sit down with this guy? It actually was a joke

  Stopped by the Erin Mills location on my way home from work for a quick bite. Sat at the bar, so can’t comment on table service however my server Terri was great. She acknowledged me promptly and served my order as expected. Couldn’t ask for more from that perspective. The location is good with ample parking. Costs in line with other franchises. Surroundings were neat and clean. Recommended!

  I do not recommend it very bad service bad attention and expensive and bad food. I tell you about my experience yesterday 29 02 2026, I ordered a plate with shrimp, and it turns out that the waitress was wrong and my plate was delivered to another table and the one from the other table to me. when I told her not to order that she told me that she could not do anything, 15 min later the other girl arrived who took the order and told me that she could order another dish but that she had to wait, arrive at 9 pm it took 1.5 hours to bring the food. In short, I do not recommend it: bad attention, bad service, very bad food, do not waste your money or your time.

  Went here for lunch with my family and we had Alysha as our server she was an absolute gem! my toddler especially enjoyed her as she was so fun and sweet to him! the food was fantastic we all enjoyed our dishes from the chicken parm to the fish and chips and the overall atmosphere was great! but Alysha was most definitely our favourite part of the experience ! she has such a upbeat and positive vibe and was so playful with my 3 year old! would definitely come again x
