    Mansi provided excellent customer service during my visit to Harvey’s. She was polite, attentive, and made sure my order was accurate. Her friendly attitude really made the experience enjoyable. Great job!

    Mansi provides excellent customer service at Harvey’s. She is always polite, friendly, and handles customers with patience. Her positive attitude makes the experience much better, and she ensures orders are taken correctly and served on time.     Terrible experience at this location. My friend was placing an order at the drive-thru around 1:00 AM. When we politely asked for the order to be repeated, a Punjabi employee in the background made rude comments, assuming my friend was from another ethnicity and wouldn’t understand what she was saying. She complained about having to repeat the order and spoke disrespectfully about us. What made this especially disappointing was that we were excited to get food after a long day and were simply trying to make sure our order was correct. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or judged based on assumptions about their background. If someone works in customer service, they should treat every customer with respect and professionalism. If interacting with customers respectfully is a problem, then perhaps customer-facing roles are not the right fit. We ended up leaving without ordering because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome the situation felt. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated equally and with respect.
