  Popped into Harvey's on my lunch break and was outta there in like 8 minutes flat. Got the Original cheeseburger fully loaded — pickles, onions, the works — and onion rings on the side. Tasted exactly how I remembered from years back, every single time. Decent price too. My go-to when I'm slammed.

  This particular Harvey's restaurant with options of Swiss Chalet offers awesome takeout, dine-in, or drive through options. Their burgers both beef and chicken are fresh and their fries or other options are fresh too. The parking is great, more than enough parking throughout the entire store lot. There is easy wheelchair accessible parking, area for Seniors to park safely, and parking for pickup orders too. Finally, the customer service was great from the beginning and the burgers were dressed individually with thought and care. Awesome offering with a smile, keep up the awesome work Raji, Karthy, and Jamuner.

  Firstly, I did a mobile order for pick up inside and when I arrived 14 minutes later (2 minutes past its stated ready time), my burger was not even prepped yet. Based off other reviews it seems your mobile order awareness and prep needs addressing. Secondly, When making burgers, please make sure each ingredient uses its own designated utensil. I noticed the same utensil being used for jalapeños and then for other toppings, which caused my burger to end up extremely spicy even though I only ordered onions, lettuce, and tomato. This is a pretty basic food prep and cross-contamination issue. The employee making the burger also seemed very confused during the process and was mixing up multiple orders while preparing them.

  I ordered the grilled chicken combo, order number 6033. The fries were not fresh, the chicken was overcooked, and the portion size was very poor. Before I came into the restaurant, there was also a customer waiting for only a fries order. While my order was being prepared, he was still waiting. When he asked, “Where is my order? I’m just waiting on fries,” he was finally given his fries and left the restaurant upset. What was most disappointing was that the employees and cashier were laughing at him, which was very rude and unprofessional behavior.

  Ordered the 2 can dine angus burgers multiple times thinking the service would get better and it hasn’t. Each time we’ve been asked multiple times to confirm our order by the same rep and it takes easily over half an hour to get our order, even having ordered ahead of time on the app…the savings from the deal idled away in gas as they kept telling us it was coming and they’d bring it out front… if you’re coming here, just go inside or not at all.
