    This is Jagveer and I have visited harvy 3 Days back. The staff was really friendly and they acknowledge every customer also The food is delicious and I think it goes for every harvy I have visited it now.

    I've been there multiple times. They have the best customer service even during busy hours and make your order carefully. Puvana was very kind to recommend me meal options.

    Why do you close at 9:45 pm when your hours posted on Google say your supposed to be open until 12:00 am? We did not appreciate being rudely told that you were closed at 9:45 when you should be open until 12:00 am. This has happened to us on numerous occasions. Google: "Open: Closes at 12:00 am - confirmed by this business 1 week ago" ?? 🤦 Slow service, cold buns, stale toppings. We've given up on Harvey Heartland location after years of bad food and service.. The food and service at Dixie and Erin Mills Harvey's locations are so much better and worth the drive.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. During my visit, I witnessed my wrapped burger accidentally fall onto the floor. Instead of discarding it and preparing a fresh one, the employee picked it up, rewrapped it, and placed it back in my bag to be served. I had to leave immediately for work, so I didn’t have time to address it with the staff. After seeing what happened, I threw the burger away because I wasn’t comfortable eating it. I understand that accidents happen. My concern isn’t that the burger was dropped—it’s that it was still served afterward. Food safety should always come first, and customers should be able to trust that if a mistake happens, it will be handled properly. I still have my receipt and hope management reviews this incident, reinforces proper food handling procedures with staff, and ensures it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

    The drive thru staff need to be re-trained ASAP! Waited in drive thru line for 15 mins. When I got to the speaker box, I repeated my order an insane amount of time. Waited another 15 mins, just to get to the window and the staff asked about the toppings 5 times, forgot to give me my drink, and when I opened my chicken wrap most of my toppings that I repeated over 5 times were missing but yet I was charged for these toppings like cheese and bacon. Can’t even get through to the store to request a refund because their phone line is off. Avoid this horrible location at all cost. Even the customers inside the store were complaining, how did I know? I had to leave the drive thru just to get my drink. Waited for 30 mins, other cars in drive thru honking at me like I’m the one holding up the line. DO BETTER!
