  Can't upload picture however 2 kids speciality drinks that are extra looked nothing like the menu missing all the fixings and appeal to kids like cotton candy whip cream and sour patch kids. The washroom had broken taps literally missing taps and no paper towel. The bar seemed to be the staffs hangout gossip station that I passed 2 times while taking my children to the washroom who over heard to swear words. The hostest sat us immedietly and we waited for a server forn10 minutes. Another family was sat 5 minutes after us and was immediately served before us. The only positive thing I can say was the food was good.

  We ate there May 16th, group of 3. Found the service poor and portions small. The Caesar salad was dry with barely any dressing on it. Also full of end clusters of lettuce. We would have liked another beer but were never asked. The server came by once only to ask how our meals were. We told her of our disappointment but that was it. No manager came by to check with us regarding our concerns. We usually enjoy going there but not tonight. I don't know if we will ever go back. 2 days later: After the reply from the owner there is no use filling in a form to report the issue. I did before and the owner chose to ignore it and didn't respond to the complaint. Terrible customer service. It's to bad because we used to enjoy East Sides.

  I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED AND YELLED AT BY THE MANAGER!! horrible experience from beginning to end. I was racially profiled, and the manager scolded me in the middle of the dining room while I was seating, in front of the entire restaurant. It started with dirty cutlery, I made mention of it and asked for a new set of cutlery. Our server (Lily!! She is absolutely amazing) brought out a new set and apologized for the inconvenience. We then waited almost 40 minutes for our food, when it arrived,y plate was dirty and you could visibly see someone's finger prints on the rim of the plate, I asked to speak to a manger and the obliged, I explained the issue, and he took my meal off the bill and had them make it fresh, to go. We then waited THIRTY MINUTES for my take out, while they brought complimentary dessert, when the dessert plate arrive VISIBLY DIRTY. i then asked to speak to a different manager. As I was trying to explain the issue, he kept interrupting and telling me "they've done as much as they can to please me and I need to just leave" I was absolutely taken back, as NONE of the mangers looped back to our table at all. Our server kept apologizing for everyone's mistakes. As we were getting ready to leave, the initial manger walks over to our table and literally yelled at me and said how I had been rude to the servers all night, and many had complained about me, he then went on to state they had served over 100 tables that day, and I was the only person who was rude to everyone. Im a woman and he stood over me while scolding me like a child for complaining. I was shocked and felt embarrassed and very small as he continued to yell at me, while lying about the experience and expectations I had of the night. We ended the night with one of the lovely servers coming over and genuinely apologizing for him yelling at me. I felt he did that because I was black and I stated it out loud to the server ( a white woman) who turned and said, she absolutely agreed with me and told me to call head office and complain. She confirmed we were nothing but nice and respectful, even though there was issue after issue. The manager told us to hurry up and leave. Even though the entire tables meals were free, I STILL made sure Lily got a decent tip and thanked her for everything she did tonight. I will NEVER GO TO EAST SIDE MARIOS AGAIN. IVE NEVER BEEN RACIALLY PROFILED BEFORE AND THAT WAS VERY RACIST. Racist managers who yell at their patrons, I would never imagine going out to eat on mother's Day would end like it did.. Disappointed and hurt. The cameras don't lie, anyone who can access the footage can confirm my entire experience.

  We had a reservation for 10 people that we booked almost a week in advance. We were sat within 10 minutes of arriving, however no one came to take our order for over 30 minutes. We had to ask to speak to a manager (who never came) before a server finally came to take our order. An hour after being sat we still did not have even a drink. We again asked to speak to a manager (who never came to our table). Kevin took over our table and took our order again as the 1st server had apparently never put it in to the kitchen. Kevin was amazing! That being said, we will never go back to the Rodeo Mississauga location again. Terrible experience.

  We enjoyed our visit. Our server Michelle was excellent; kind and attentive, and a great memory for what we liked throughout the meal. The food was okay, good I suppose. Nothing super special though. Our son Loved the kids platter he got mozzarella sticks pasta and chicken strips all in one! I got the carbonera and would never do thay again, it was not carbonera, no egg, clearly just Alfredo and bacon. My wife enjoyed her cheesy pasta quite a bit. The caesar salad and bread sticks are always a hit. The itialian wedding soup was okay, but light on the meatballs and a touch bland. Seems like an older location, not kept up very well inside, booths peeling apart the varnish on the tables so worn down its all sticky, could really use an interior remodel. But overall we would go back for the service and the fun options for our son. He's a member of the eastside mario club so he has a card that gets him a free meal or cool drink and it makes him feel special. So its a nice treat night out for him!
