  visited Dairy Queen at 325 Central Parkway with my kids for ice cream. I had a very bad experience. Around 3:30 pm, they started mopping the floor using strong cleaning products while customers were there. The smell made me feel sick, so I had to leave right away. I also needed to use the restroom, but they told me it was out of order. They said this before, which suggests it has not been fixed. The service has been getting worse the last couple times I’ve gone. The staff is rude and seems very unprofessional. Even simple things like keeping the area clean and having restrooms available should be handled better. I will not be going back. I’m disappointed to see a business that could be more friendly for customers.

  Young boy with special needs asked for a small cup just to drink water while eating Dairy Queen and they did not let him have a small cup. It was until adults stood up that the sales associate gave him a plastic cover for ice cream. What a shame! I asked the customer if water is free from the fountain and she said no. How pitiful and disgusting that a young child needed water and they didn’t let him have any. Again they had paid for food.

  Tried paying with a $100 bill, they refused to take it because they "couldn't break the difference", on a +$20 order. A popular dessert spot in the middle of the day not having $80 in the till is ridiculous.

  Service was mad rude to me, also placed and order ahead of time for pickup it’s said it would be ready in 25 mins, when I got there it was not ready only 2 blizzards??
