  DQ Grill & Chill — Skip the Burger I visited the DQ Grill & Chill and was very disappointed. The burger was poor quality — dry, flavorless, and seemed like it had been sitting too long. The fries were thin and papery, with no crisp, fresh texture. Overall it felt like money wasted; if you want a decent burger, go somewhere else.

  I originally went to this establishment because I was looking for ice cream last night… The line was extremely long and there were four people working however because they seem to be overwhelmed with their orders. They did not pay attention to my actual order. I had ordered two things, both in medium and one was rung inat small instead of fixing the problem she demanded more money. I guess that was her way of fixing the problem Customer Service was not at its best.

  Really disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. I ordered an ice cream cake expecting the great standard decorations/design that normally come on their cakes, but instead I was given a completely plain cake with no decorations at all. It honestly looked unfinished and nothing like what I expected for a special occasion. What made the experience worse was when I politely asked why the cake looked like this, the staff acted like it was completely normal and gave me a hard time for even asking. There was eye rolling and an attitude instead of trying to help or explain properly. I’ve never experienced this at any other Dairy Queen location before. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

  Not the best location, but will do in a pinch. The cake I purchased had air holes, the buster bar is not as generous with peanuts and fudge as other locations. I think they are skimping.

  ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RECEIPT. THE WORKERS TAKE YOUR RECEIPTS, SCAN THE BARCODE, AND STEAL YOUR POINTS ON THE APP. Came here on April 19 to pick up a cake in person, scanned my app and the cashier said the points went through. I checked after 3 days and nothing appeared. The cashier then kept the reciept and put it behind the till. They stole 400 points from me, which I don’t appreciate. Stealing from working customers is wild… check the cameras at 6:49pm - 6:53 pm when I walked out. Also, the cakes here are worse than other locations for some reason. The writing is also atrocious. This has happened to me at other DQ locations, and I didn’t think much or it until now.
