This location has changed over the years. The food was not great, got the poutine and it had nearly no gravy on it, I asked for the blizzard to be made after I was done eating and she made it right away and seemed melted from the beginning I would rather go to the lakeshore location in clarkson going forward

I can’t put my finger on it, but the burgers don’t taste as good as the Lakeshore location. At least they don’t microwave them with the lettuce and tomatoes like the Confederation Pkwy location. And they get points for bringing Dr Pepper back.

My friend accidentally dropped an ice cream cupcake on the floor, and the staff seemed to take quite a while deciding whether to replace it. They eventually gave us a new one, but while we were eating, we noticed them put the dropped ice cream back into the freezer because they didn’t want to “waste” it. Before we left, we told them it should be thrown away because it was a food safety hazard. They claimed they were only storing it there temporarily before disposing of it, but that didn’t seem believable. Once we pointed out the issue, they removed it from the freezer. What made the situation even worse was that the two employees started pointing fingers at each other, with one saying the other was a new worker. Overall, it was very unprofessional and concerning from a food safety standpoint.

I dropped a cup sundae on the ground. And I saw them put it back. Place is gross

The staff at this Dairy Queen location are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience pleasant overall. The service inside the store is generally smooth and comfortable. However, there is no drive-thru available, which can be inconvenient for quick stops. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service despite the limited access option.
