  We got the hot brownie ice cream and the brownie was hard as rock. You could not break the brownie at all. It damaged my teeth. And worst of all I payed 10$ for it. This is really unacceptable

  The Blizzard was a massive letdown. Instead of the thick, creamy treat promised, I received a soupy, melted mess that barely held its toppings. For the price, the quality was pathetic and the service was glacial. Save your money.
