The restaurant had a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere, and the staff members behind the counter went out of their way to be polite, patient, and smiling as I chose my toppings. I opted for a three-taco platter with soft flour tortillas, loaded with carnitas, light white rice, black beans, cheese, and romaine lettuce, alongside a side of their crispy tortilla chips and queso blanco. The carnitas were wonderfully juicy with perfectly crisped edges, and dipping the salty chips into the warm, velvety queso was pure heaven. The great food combined with the kind staff made it a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

I’m strictly vegetarian and ordered a veggie bowl, but while eating I realized I was chewing on a piece of meat and immediately had to spit it out. I’m genuinely confused as to how meat ended up in my bowl. Please double-check the rice, beans, and food preparation to make sure this doesn’t happen to other vegetarian customers. This was really upsetting.

They would dip into a tin and then wipe on a towel and Dip into another one. I noticed they weren't changing the rod between the meats, veggies, or diary products at all. If youre someone who has allergies, is strictly halal or vegetarian please be aware of clear cross contamination. I noticed the worker pierced the pork and then went through the other meats. I understand that some level of cross examination is to be expected.

I always get the Carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, corn, tomato, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. If you get a bag of tortilla chips that are sprinkled with lemon and salt, it's an extra $1+ but worth it. I love scooping the chips up in my bowl. The added crunch brings more flavours.
